1.2. NOISE ABATEMENT PROCEDURESSIDs and approaches for Odesa aerodrome are based on minimizing the impact foraviation noise on settlements located around the aerodrome.

1.3. LOW VISIBILITY PROCEDURES (LVP)Procedures are applied for take-off only and when RVR is 600m and less.ACFT is taxiing behind Follow-me car.When LVP are applied, only one ACFT is allowed to move at aerodrome.

1.4. TAXI PROCEDURESTaxiing is strictly along centerline with inner engines power.Maneuvering of ACFT with engine power setting not more than 0.4 of nominalmode.Taxiing ACFT via apron K only with Follow-me assistance.After landing on RWY 16, turn on 180^ for vacation of RWY are permitted abeamTWY 3 and TWY 5.ACFT code 4D and B737-900 are permitted turn on 180^ for vacation RWY only atthe end of RWY abeam TWY 5 and taxiing on TWY 1 and apron K only.

2.1. COMMUNICATION FAILURE PROCEDURESIn case of RCF, light gun signals are used by control tower; pilots must complythe instructions of tower.

2.2. CONTINUOUS DESCENT OPERATIONS (CDO)Available when using Transition to final approach only and ILS available.Not available during adverse weather or system degradation affecting GNSS, DMEor ILS operations.After receiving a "WHEN READY DESCEND TO (LEVEL)" or "DESCEND TO (LEVEL)AT PILOTS DISCRETION" clearance, the pilot is free to plan/optimize the verticalprofile in order to apply CDO technique up to the FAP.Depending on the traffic situation, the CDO can start from the top-of-descent(TOD) or from lower levels.When cleared "WHEN READY DESCEND TO (LEVEL)" or "DESCEND TO (LEVEL) ATPILOTS DISCRETION", the pilot should maintain the cruising/last assigned leveluntil the optimum descent point/TOD, as determined by the pilot (or by FMS), andthen commence descent without any additional request unless otherwiseinstructed by ATC.Due to airspace structure, ATC will initially instruct pilots to descend to thelevel(s) above the level of FAP. In doing so, ATC will issue further descentinstruction prior to the CDO flight reaching 600m (2000ft) from the last assignedlevel so as to prevent leveling off.Pilots shall maintain MAX IAS 220 KT at a distance of 20 track miles fromtouchdown.Specified minimum levels at waypoints must be adhered to unless specificallycancelled by ATC.
