2010 Summary of Financial Data

500,000lbs of computer equipment were recycled through Dell Reconnect.

Retail and Donated Goods• GGW has eleven retail stores in 2010 with plans to add two more before the end of 2011

• In 2010, almost 325,000 people donated goods to GGW

• In 2010, over 750,000 purchases were made at GGW Retail Stores

• In 2010, donations to GGW kept 13,000,000 lbs of material out of local

• 50% of GGW’s revenues in 2010 were generated from the sale of donated items.

2010 Workforce Development Statistics

Training & Employment Services• The Training & Employment division served almost 2,500 people in 2010.

• All enrolled students receive occupational and job readiness training, case management, job placement assistance, and other supportive services.

• GGW presently has career campuses in Washington, DC and Arlington, VA.

Contracts• GGW offered contracts in janitorial, grounds maintenance and pest control

• We had 33 contract sites, of which 9 were Ability One contracts

• There were 226 employees in our contracts division

• Contracts generated nearly $11 million annually

Development & Fundraising• Generated almost $1.9 million in fundraising and grants in 2010
