    Principal J.Rex paul honoured the cheif guests.

    Our Lady atriculation Higher Secondary School, Our Lady College of Education andMadha Public School (C.B.S.E), Madha Group of Institutions celebrated Christmasand New Year function in the open auditorium on 23rdDecember, 3.00 p.m at Maduravoyal

    campus in a very grand manner. Ln. Dr.S.Peter, Founder and Chairman Madha Group of

    Academic Institutions presided over the function .In his presidential address he

    emphasized the Need for caring and Sharing with others. Mrs.Shanthi Sukumar, Director

    of Madha Group of Academic Schools, Mrs.Meera, Principal, Madha Public School

    (C.B.S.E) felicitated the Chairman and the Chief Guest.

    Mrs. Neemavathy, Principal,Our Lady College of Education, gave the formal welcome

    address. Mrs.Karpagam, Principal, Our Lady Matriculation School, enlightened the

    gathering by quoting the valuable verses from the sacred book The Holy Bible.

    Students of Our Lady Matriculation school welcomed the gathering by an eye- catching

    classical dance. Chief Guest - Rev. Father Chinnappa, C.Parish Priest, Annai Velankanni

    church lit the mother candle, followed by the Cake cutting ceremony which was the most

    memorable moment. In his Christmas message he insisted that parents should teach

    their children the right values and make them good Citizens. Our Lady Matriculation

    School students gave variety entertainment in the form of folk dance and western dance

    Upper primary class students enacted a skit insisting on the theme JOY OF GIVING

    which was well appreciated by the audience. Madha Public School (C.B.S.E) studentsenacted the Nativity scene in an excellent manner.

    The choir performance by staff and students of Our Lady College of Education and

    Madha Public School students added flavor to the show. The air got electrified when

    Santa Claus arrived with gifts on the stage. Mrs. Shanthi Sukumar, Director of Madha

    Group of school proposed the vote of thanks and the Curtain was brought down after

    National Anthem.
