Position Details

The Law Clerk will provide support and take responsibility for the following tasks:

Assist in the conveyancing of residential and commercial property Assist in the legal aspects of the development and construction of residential and

commercial property Conduct legal research Attending to registration of documents Collation and compilation of legal documents Review and drafting of basic legal agreements under supervision

Eligibility

To be eligible for the summer internship, students must be:

Currently studying a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree In their penulitmate or final year of study Australian citizens Registered with Disability Services at university OR provide proof of eligibility for Stepping Into

with relevant medical documentation
