Case Studies for Large scale events

National Tribal Carnival 2016

National Tribal Carnival 2016 T.I.C. delivered a 360-degree Event with the National Tribal Carnival 2016. Inaugurated by the Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the Tribal Extravaganza included 3 days of Exhibitions cum Cultural Shows at Pragati Maidan, beasides extensive Social Media, Newspaper Advertisements, Outdoor, Radio and other Promotions. It also included Travel, Stay, F&B and Logistical Management of over 15,000 Tribals visiting New Delhi for the purpose.

We successfully executed the ambitious National Tribal Carnival 2016, organised by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs to promote a sense of inclusiveness amongst the Tribal Population of India. The carnival showcased and promoted various facets of tribal culture on a large scale. The event was attended by Union Tribal Affairs Minister Jual Oram and other key officials from TRIFED (Tribal Cooperative Marketing Development Federation of India Limited). The event was one of the most talked about events in the country. More than 2,000 tribal artists performed during the Carnival. From conceptualization till final execution, T.I.C. managed the entire event flawlessly.

European Higher Education Fair & Conference by European Union

European Higher Education Fair 2016 T.I.C. delivered yet another successful 360-degree Show with EHEF 2016. This Outreach & Media Project included extensive Public Relations, Social Media, Newspaper Advertisements, Radio, Outdoor, Last Mile Activations, Pre-Visits, etc., apart from the Fair Construction part, which included Exhibition, Logistics, F&B, Hotels, and Delegate management.

We successfully executed the 2nd Edition of the European Higher Education Fair 2016 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The 1-day ‘Study in Europe’ Conference at the Indian Habitat Centre, was inaugurated by Shri M J Akbar, Hon’ble Minister of State for External Affairs, in the presence of Dr. A P Mittal, Member Secretary AICTE, Ministry of Human Resources and H.E. Mr. Tomasz Kozlowski, the European Union Ambassador to India. The large scale Fair saw the participation of over 125 exhibitors, including world rank universities, embassies and higher educational institutions from 26 European Union Member States.

TATA MOTORS T1 PRIMA TRUCK RACING CHAMPIONSHIP – Seasons 1, 2, 3

T1 Season 1 was inaugurated on 23 March 2014 at Buddh International Circuit . More than 25,000 spectators made their way to witness the first ever truck racing in India. T1 Season 2 was held on 15th March 2015 at Buddh International Circuit with more than 50,000 spectators, the race that was bigger in size, grand in scale and had lots of entertainment & fanfare. T1 Season 3 was held on March 20, 2016 at the Buddh International Circuit. More than 50,000 spectators. In keeping with its commitment of making trucking aspirational for Indian drivers and bringing them to truck racing, Season III of T1 featured two Indian truck drivers races for the 1st time. A training program was launched for the Heroes of The Highway.

Objective • To create a sports platform that changed the perception of trucking in India making it a profession • ‘Heroes of the Highway’- an intense Indian Truck Driver Race Selection and Training Program • Season 1 & 2 featured highly trained International drivers competing in the races • Season 3 aimed at featuring an Indian truck drivers race for the first time • To create an emotional connect with the families of the truck drivers participating in the race Result • Crowd of over 50,000 people - truck drivers, general public, media and dealers. • Reach out to more than 35 lac people online with more than 7 lac engaged users • PAN India Television viewership of over 70 million. • More than 1 lakh Facebook likes within 2 months. • More than 1.2 crore social media impressions. • More than 75000 impressions through BTL activities. • Worth 800 crores worth media exposure. • ‘Heroes of the Highways’ took home highest price money ever for an Indian motorsports event • Truck driving as a profession in India and the lives of Truck Drivers changed overnight • Emotionally enriching experience for the Indian Trucking Community members • The Indian finalists Jagat Singh and Nagarjuna created Indian motor sporting history

• Through a pan India Government bidding process, T.I.C. got shortlisted amongst intense competition on the basis of concept, execution capabilities and past experiences, as the chosen one from amongst a posse of leading event management organizations from across the country, by the UT Administration of Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli (DDDNH). • Both the shows opened with an official inauguration ceremony hosted by the local administration as per government protocols, inaugurated by the Hon'ble Administrator Shri Ashish Kundra IAS, in the presence of an apt representation of the administration as well as political parties •The celebrity artists who entertained and engaged the way-more-than-anticipated audiences with their energetic performances, included Baadshah, KK, Raja Hassan, Neeraj Shreedhar (Bombay Vikings), Ehsaan Qureshi, Raja Sagoo, Sanober Kabir, the MJ5 Group, and a Bollywood Dance Troupe, all with their own bands and groups. • Besides, at both the festivals, T.I.C. also exclusively conducted a Mobile Carnival each, which was a series of Tableau-Styled Floats on various regionally relevant themes, bunched together with theme-based dance groups and music to light up the Festivals

•60,000 branding elements and 120 spectator stands were organized across the route. • Coordinated the presence of 300 celebrities and sportspersons

• Pick-ups were coordinated with appropriate luxury cars across different hotels for

all 300 celebrities running the relay.
