Stepping Into Internship Program - Position DescriptionThe Australian Network on Disability’s Stepping Into program is a paid internship scheme that matches talented university students with disability with roles in leading Australian businesses.

IAG - Demand and Performance Analyst Intern

Position Duration
Minimum of 152 hours or 4 weeks full time
Commencing Dec 2019 – Feb 2020
Position Overview
Intern accountabilities will also require you to:
Examine data concerning business and service demand and identifies demand patterns, gaps and forecasts across Technology
Analyse and classify business and service demands within demand categories
Identify business and service demand baselines and forecast service demand
Translate business demands to service demands
Support the scheduling, preparation, minutes and follow up for stakeholder forums and demand management forums
Maintain and administer demand management artefacts
Collaborate with the capacity planning function, Group Technology stakeholders, and other external functions such as ePMO, Labs, other group divisions.
Support the Demand Management function in engaging and educating Group Technology, and business stakeholders on the demand management princples and process
Support the Demand, Capacity and Performance functions to maintain clearly defined and understood demand and capacity management principles and processes

Second last or final year of a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree
Permanent residents and Australian citizens only
Identify as having disability
Candidates may be required to undergo a background check security clearance
