Position Overview
Mine Scheduling
The role will be a part of the Mine Scheduling team at Goonyella Riverside Mine.
The role consists of creating safe and sustainable mining designs and schedules for the operational team.
To be successful in this role you will display high levels of problem solving skills and critical thinking as well as the ability to adapt and collaborate with a diverse group of people.
The candidate will be required to travel to Moranbah during their placement. It is preferred if the candidate can stay in Mornabah throughout their experience. During their stay they will reside at Eureka Camp which is 5 minutes away from the mine site. Eureka Camp is a fully sustained village.
Ideal Degree/Discipline
Bachelor of Engineering - Civil, Mining, Geotech
Eligibility Requirements
Second last or final year of a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree
No preference on citizenship requirements
Identify as having disability
Candidates may be required to undergo a background check security clearance
