Motivation: Scheduling Process in Purchasing
With this ACS the transmission of pickup-dates is made possible in MM-forcast-
schedules based on the incoterms (EXW, FCA) of the underlying scheduling-
agreement instead of arrival-dates. Thus the forecast schedule reflects the
moment where the perils for the delivery are transferred.
With the receipt of an ASN the pickup-date from the vendor can be recalculated
into the arrival-date at the receiving plant. By this inbound deliveries with pickup-
dates are considered with their correct dates in MRP.

In the ASN the pickup-date from the supplier is recalculated into the arrival date
The pickup-date is moved into the unused date-field ‚transport planning‘
The ASN is relevant in the stock/requirements list on the calculated arrival date

Corrected date-reliability is calculated by comparing the pickup-date from the ASN with the
pickup-dates from the forecast delivery schedule
New fields in quantity- / date reliability of ASN vendor-evaluation:

Actual pickup-date according to ASN
Days too early in WD
Days too late in WD
Date-reliabiliy based on pickup-dates (= corrected date-reliability)
