0HW Following receipt of a number of bids, we are now instructed to invite interested parties to submit Best and Final offers on the following basis in order to bring the sale of the site to a fair and swift conclusion:
1. Best and final offers are to be in writing and are to be received at Innes England’s Nottingham office by no later than midday on Friday 21st October 2016. All offers are to be addressed to Craig Straw and marked “Private and Confidential”.
2. All offers must be for a specific sum of money (to be clearly stated in words and
figures) and must not have reference to any other bid (ie 1% or £1 more than the highest offer).
3. Confirmation is required that the 2% buyer’s premium will be paid by the purchaser in addition to the amount stated above.
4. Please note that VAT will not be payable on the purchase price.
5. The identity of the purchaser should be confirmed.
6. Offers are to be on the basis of the site as seen and outlined for identification
purposes only in our sales particulars.
7. Offers will be considered on either a conditional or unconditional, subject only to contract, basis. Any conditions of an offer must be clearly stated and include proposed timescales for satisfaction of the conditions.
