LOCATION The property is situated on the established Bicton

Industrial Estate which is situated in western

Cambridgeshire, within the Huntingdonshire District

Council area. Kimbolton is situated on the A428 with

St Neots approximately eight miles away whilst

Bedford is eleven miles to the south and Huntingdon

twelve miles to the east. The A1 trunk road lies some
