Andy Coen enters his 8 season as Lehighs Head FootballCoach in 2013. The 2012 campaign was another successfulone for the Mountain Hawks finishing with a 10-1 record. Itmarked the 3
rdstraight season of 10 or more wins for Lehigh
and included a 5th straight victory over arch-rival Lafayette in the148
thedition of college footballs most played rivalry.
Coens Mountain Hawks finished the 2011 season with an 11-2record while advancing to the national quarterfinals and finishedthe season ranked #5 in the final national poll. Lehigh capturedtheir 10
thPatriot League Championship in 2011, and capped off
back-to-back undefeated seasons in Patriot League play. The2011 squad was also crowned Lambert Cup Champions, givento the top D-1 FCS program in the East. QB Chris Lum 12finished second in the voting for the Walter Payton Award givento the top FCS player in the nation and WR Ryan Spadola 13was named to the AP All-America 1
stTeam. The 2011 season
followed a 10-3 record in 2010 that included a Patriot LeagueChampionship, an NCAA playoff win, and All-Americanoffensive lineman Will Rackley 11 being selected in the 3
rd
round of the NFL Draft by the Jacksonville Jaguars.
