Dear Parent/Caregiver, I am so excited to welcome you into our camp family! I know that finding the right summer camp can be a tough decision, but I can assure you that your girl will have the most amazing experience at camp this summer.

It is hard to think about preparing for summer camp with the summer several months away, but I will try my best to help prepare you and your girl for her upcoming camp adventure throughout the year. I know that the more I can do to help our camp families prepare for the summer now, the more I can ensure a successful experience for all of our campers.

Making the decision to send your girl to camp is providing her with an experience that will have a lasting impact. Camp is a place where your girl will discover new skills, connect and make new friends, grow in confidence, gain a sense of independence, enjoy the outdoors, and just have FUN!

At Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada Camps we pride ourselves on the communication and relation-ships we have with our camp families. Please do not hesitate to call or email us throughout the year if you have any questions or concerns.

Seeing the girls become independent, strong, leaders is my motivation in building a solid program and continuing to develop the outdoor education program. I really hope to see your girl smile and laugh with me this summer.

“Your mountain is waiting…..so get on your way!”
