Learn-2-Ride Day Camp The Learn-2-Ride Day Camp is Willowdale's first cycling day camp for children and youth! It is also unique in that it engages each camper as a whole person: physically, emotionally, intellectually, socially and spiritually. This camp will focus on three main parts of cycling, fostering a wholistic passion for cycling in Willowdale's children and youth:

1. Solo & Group Cycling Skills- Bike Handling 101 (turning, stopping, balance, etc.)- Road Riding Skills: basic etiquette, signals, and technique- Multi-terrain Cycling (road, dirt :Bayview Bike Park, & indoor park:Joyride 150!)

2. Bike Repair & Maintenance Skills- Bike Maintenance 101 (basics in caring for your bike!)- Bike Repair 101 (basics in problem diagnosis and repair)

3. Ecological & Social Impact of Cycling- Why cycling is a positive factor in sustainable urban living!- Ways cycling brings a diverse community of ethnicity, faith and economy together!- How cycling is changing our culture!- How Faith and Cycling connect!
