Just like a business, your Booster Club is exposed to risks.Booster Club’s are not immune from liability. In the past, many school insurance policies have covered
Booster Club’s, but today less than 5% are covered under the school’s insurance policy.
Your Booster Club insurance policy will protect not only the assets of the Booster Club, but the personal assets of its members. In the event of a lawsuit, your Booster Club insurance will also pay attorney fees to defend you, whether the lawsuit has merit or not.
