Leadership TakeawaysIn order to be an effective leader, it is imperative to communicate with your team and delegate tasks. Everything has to be a team effort—not a single person can take credit for something entirely on their own—but the leader sets the stage for how seriously the other team members take their position and how passionate they are about it. If the leader is not 100% dedicated and passionate, no one else will be.
