Designated Contractors Responsible Engineer (CRE) for major bridge assessment programmes and station improvements. Responsible for preparation and approval of red zone method statements and work package plans. Feasibility study, design, supervision and assurance process for bridge assessments and station improvements. Preparation of evidence for Transport and Works Act Order inquiries, and responsible for Highway Authority control of Transport and Works Act Order interface with Network Rail.

Building, Industrial and Civil Engineering Structures - Feasibility study, design, inspection, assessment, checking (including building regulations), site supervision and project management related to a wide range of new build, refurbishment and demolition projects including multi-storey offices, apartments, hotels, hospitals, industrial plants and sewage treatment works. Involved in listed building and planning processes. Expert witness.

Coast Protection and Maritime - Feasibility study, design, inspection, assessment, checking, site supervision, planning supervision and project management related to coast protection and maritime projects including harbour new build and modification schemes, sea walls, coastal revetments, harbour quays / jetties, lifeboat stations, ferry terminals, harbour access roads. Involved in preparation of harbour revision orders.
