( The sole agent for RENAULT brand for passenger's vehicles in Egypt )

Responsibilities :

Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths and consultation with line managers

Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations

Deploy a wide variety of training methods

Observe actual performance of trainees on the shop floor and plan corrective / refresher training based on practical evaluation

Prepare training documentation such as training manuals, hand notes for participants, questionnaires and other support materials

Schedule training sessions and send notification to participants

Coordinate the preparation of training sessions, find training rooms, ensure all necessary

Participate at training sessions and also fill in for the manager when he is unable to attend

Carry out repairs and servicing in accordance with manufacturer’s procedures and diagnosis guidelines.

Coach and support the technicians to improve their competence, knowledge, efficiency and productivity (“On Job Training”).

Ensure full utilization of workshop available labor and resources to achieve planned operational targets

Ensure that the technicians carry out the jobs within the allotted time.

Recommend warranty jobs for the approval of either Service Manager, Workshop Manager.
