These rules are set us to help create a safe, healthy and positive camp experience for everyone.EVERYONE is expected to observe the guidelines of camp:

RULES- Students must RESPECT and LISTEN to ALL leaders. Any leader has responsibility for and authority over any student. Respect all rules and obey all leaders.- Students must have their wristbands on at all times.- Always walk with your entire team and leaders. Do not go on walks, runs, or swim by yourself. Leaders must know where their students are at all times. Students must never go anywhere by yourself.- No one is to leave their room after “lights out”. If there is an emergency and you need to leave your room, you must be accompanied by a sponsor.- No student will be allowed on the balconies for any reason. In addition, absolutely nothing is to be dropped, thrown or hung from the balconies or upper level areas.- Profanity or cursing is not allowed.- Do not associate with anyone who is not part of our Beach Week group.- Respect the property of Portofino and each other’s (No raids, rough play or pranks. No touching, tampering, or destroying property or personal possessions). You are financially responsible for any damage to any property, condominium or bus.- Students must stay within the boundaries of the camp identified by the TSM Staff.- The condominiums have Quiet Hours beginning at 10:00pm each evening. Pleae be courteous to other guests staying at the condominiums by observing this time. - Do not push, pull, or throw anyone into a pool.- Be on time for all activities.- Be positive. Cut-downs, criticism, and negative comments are not allowed.- Abide by the dress code (more information on dress code will be address in the next section.- Be extremely cautious around traffic.- Guys may not go into girls’ condos and girls may not go into guys’ condos unless your adult leader is present, and it is a planned and organized activity.- You are not allowed to bring or purchase any of the following: alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, firearms, knives, drugs, fireworks, balloons, balloon launchers, or inappropriate T-shirts. While on the retreat, you may not participate in any of the following: tattooing, haircuts, hair coloring, or ear/body piercing.- During your free time, you are not to be in any condo including your own, for more than 10min, unless your adult leader is present.- Any student who sets off a fire alarm as a prank will be turned over to the police department. Upon release, the student will be sent home immediately.- Electronic devices (headphones etc.) are off limits once we arrive at camp. They must be left in the room except for an emergency or without permission from TSM Staff.- Phones are permitted but MUST be turned on airplane mode and are only permitted to use when instructed. - There will be no boyfriends or girlfriends. <NO PDA-NO KISSING-NO NOTHING>- Please let your Team Leader or Camp Medial Staff know if you have a special medical need/allergy that we may need to know about.

The dress code is in place to help create an environment where God is thecentral focus and for everyone to have a positive camp experience.Everyone is expected to observe the dress code the entire time they are atcamp.

Girls Swimwear: ONLY TANKINIS AND ONE PIECE (no strapless, low cut or apron back, at least 3 inches thick on hips, no string bottoms, and BELLIES MUST BE COVERED). NO BIKINIS OR MONOKINIS. Casual Wear: No strapless attire, no short shorts (at least 3.5 inch inseam), no rolled Nike shorts, no bellies showing. If a top is too low or tight, we will ask you to change. Also, you will be asked to change if you are wearing a white T-shirt and any part of your bra/sports bra is visible. Sports bras must be worn with shorts and a T-shirt.

Guys No Speedos or low riding trunks (all shorts including swimwear must have at least a 6 inch seam). If shorts are too tight or too thin, we will ask you to change.

- Never go anywhere alone - Always stick with your team.- Wristbands must be worn at all times.- REC shirt required during all REC times.- Shirts and shoes required at all times.- Must use sidewalks and crosswalks when crossing road.

To decide the 2021 Beach Week rec champions there will betwo tournaments. There will be a tournament for both divisions,Junior Varsity and Varsity. Each tournament will feature twentyfour teams in a single elimination bracket. The top two seeds ineach conference will receive a first round bye. The rec teams thatwin Spirit Night will automatically win their conference and receivethe first round bye regardless of Win/Loss record. For the first andsecond rounds the top seeded teams will choose which rec gamethey compete in from a selection of regular rec games. Games willbe chosen based on seed and availability (the third seed will choosefirst, then fourth). The remaining rounds of the tournament arepredetermined games which are:

Round 1 - Flickerball OR Water Relay

Round 2 - Corn Hole/Bucket Ball OR Longbase

Round 3 - Castle Squares

Round 4 - Flag Football

Round 5 - Sumo Royale
