Clariant’s new performance-enhancing products support the textile chain all along, starting with spin finishes for different fibers, including recycled polyester, and chlorine-resistant optical brighteners. The multi-faceted range incorporates auxiliaries for package and beam dyeing, migration inhibitors for continuous dyeing, and disperses dyes with the highest wet fastness properties. Binders for soft prints, special low temperature printing concepts and a range of finishes including a new hydrophilic silicone micro-emulsion also feature.

sanitized®3 TH 22-27
Sanitized®3 TH 22-27 has proved to be a real alternative to products containing triclosan. The great cost effectiveness of the product is convincing, such as the application in the dyeing bath, which makes an additional application bath superfluous. This is an active contribution to husbanding resources. Sanitized®3 TH 22-27 can be directly added when dying with dispersion dyes to PES as well as with acidic and metal-complex dyes on PA. The performance is excellent and highly wash resistant, which is a real plus particularly with sportswear.
Nuva® N1811 liq
Due to a novel microcapsule composite blend, Nuva® N1811 liq delivers superior performance in respect of repellency, stain protection and durability. The technology allows further crosslinking and efficient crystallisation of the fluoro side chains which makes the overall finish highly efficient.

Printofix® Binder LTC
Printofix® Binder LTC is a special printing concept for low temperature. As it only needs 2 minutes at 120°C for drying it is a true energy saver. As opposed to conventional pigment printing recommendations, Printofix® Binder LTC gives excellent results processing at low temperature curing.

sWIfT continuous dyeing process for Pes/CeL blends
Clariant recently developed the SWIFT continuous dyeing process for PES/CEL blends using the innovative Foron® S-WF disperse dyes with the high performing Drimaren® HF-CD specialty reactive dyes for continuous application. The SWIFT dyeing process leads to the following advantages compared to other available continuous dyeing processes.
Reduced energy, water and effluent costs due to having to pass through a washing range only once compared to the standard disperse/reactive process
No drop in production capacity any more compared to the use of disperse/vat dyeing process when using disperse/reactive dyestuff combinations

Clariant recently developed the Premium Eco Care Finish as the new state-of-the-art wrinkle-free resin finish with an improved ecological profile. It uses the unique Arkofix® ELF and crosslinking it a low curing temperatures. In cooperation with Cotton Incorporated we have enhanced this further by usingGaston CFS foam application technology leading to even more energy and cost savings.
