department as well as campus.

Systems are developed to ease the work of Students, Faculty and Administration

department.

There are 5 modules as mentioned below, in which the systems are divided.

These portal different systems in them. Each system has been developed or customized

open source application as per the requirements of the department.

Student/Faculty:

Faculty Corner

Faculty corner is information system for the faculties of department. It provides all

the information and forms required by the faculties on daily basis .Faculties can

download the required forms from this system.

Attendance System

It is developed to keep track on the attendance of the students. Faculties can add

update and delete the records as per the requirements. Faculties can generate reports

student wise as well as lecture wise.

Information System (M.D.)

This system is developed to provide information about MD Randheja to faculties

and students. All the information regarding course, faculties information, syllabus

and study material are provided by this system.

Information System (MBA-RM)

This system is developed to provide information about CSRM Randheja to

faculties and students. All the information regarding course, faculties information,

syllabus and study material are provided by this system.

Online Examination System

Online Examination System is the system to prepare an exam ,save the time that

will take to check the paper and prepare mark sheet. Student can give exams and

view their results faculties can generate the exam and report of the results of exams

given by students.

Document Management System

It is a system for the students and faculties to store their documents and view all

documents department wise, author wise and category wise. You can search the

document by Authors, Department , Category, Description, File name, comment,

file and all non udf meta data.

Question Paper

This system is helpful in finding all the old question papers of the exams conducted

by Gujarat Vidyapith.Users can perform the search Deapartment and Year wise.

It includes all the links for the researchers that contains the information regarding

government data, research statistics, Census, database and various dissertation

ADMINISTRATION

Internship Management System

This system is used to manage the information about the internship of the students.

Students can view the status of all the students added in the system.

User can search records by ID, Name, Organization type, Internship year.

I-Card Management System

This system is develop to manage and generate the I-cards of students and Sevaks

of the department.

You can search records by title and department wise.

Asset Management System

This system is use to track all the assets related to computer such as Monitor, CPU,

mouse printer scanner which are provided to all the sevaks and have been installed

in labs and classrooms of the department.

Address Book

This system is use to store all the details of the students and faculties in tersm of

photograph, Name,Address,email,Phone number of students and all sewaks of

Vidyapith.

Technical Support System

This system is used to book the tickets of the any problem which occurs to students

and faculties while using the computer. It keeps track on all the tickets of the

problem occurred to all its users. User need to register his problem and its category

along it. Admin can view the problem and also can reply to the person who has

raised the ticket regarding the problem. Admin can generate the reports of the tickets

raised.

FACULTY PORTAL

In this menu we have to try to build up a site for each faculty for academic purpose

including all details. Site contain a details of student research, publication and

resources of curriculum.
