4.2 H3 Deceleration distance learning (5-5-1) Step Action 1
Run the elevator to the bottom floor, so that LEDs 61U, 30 or B30 (or both), 77N and 77S are lit.
2 Turn the elevator to RDF drive from switch 270. 3 Give start command from LCECPU User Interface menu.
5_5_0 -> 1 4 Turn the elevator to the normal drive from switch 270. 5 Deceleration distance learning mode starts. 6 Restart the system 7 Check if the elevator can reach the setting high/intermediate speed for each floor, if not,
check if the value of 6-28 and 6-34 are 1.7. If the value is correct, increase the value ‘MR0 acceleration’ and ‘MR0 acc ini jerk’ of ‘Travel/Ramp profile’, redo the H3 again. Make sure the elevator can get stably creeping speed time at each floor (about 1s), if not, increase the value 6.26(about 1.5), if it can not reach yet, increase the value ‘MR0 deceleration’ and ‘MR0 dec ini jerk’ of ‘Travel/Ramp profile’
4.3 Check the output current of inverter Normally, for down direction of empty car the output current of inverter will be 5 to 6 amps more than rated speed at acceleration phase, and the current will not exceed the rated current when the speed is constant. For up direction of empty car the output current of inverter will not exceed half of rated current. If the output current is too big, redo the autophasing.

4.4 Ride comfort adjustment 4.4.1 Speed curve and sequence
G3008008(B) Commissioning procedure manual
Version A 23
4.4.2 Adjust the comfort 4.4.2.1 Adjustment of PI A. Adjustment during the starting Augment the value of TRAVEL / Speed reg gains/ Spd 0 P gain and TRAVEL / Speed reg gains/
Spd 0 I gain, until the elevator do not slide during the starting. Normally, the Spd 0 I gain is bigger then Spd 0 P gain. The elevator will shake if these values augment too much. The suitable PI value can obtain the good dynamic response speed of inverter and the good precision of the steady speed.
If the elevator vibrates during starting, check when the vibration appears. If the vibration comes before the brake open, then augment the value of the parameter TRAVEL / Lift sequence/ Brake open delay. In the case that the lift sink to the heave side, augment the value of the parameter Spd 0 I gain. If the vibration comes after the brake open, then reduce the Spd 0 I gain and the Spd 0 P gain value. In the case that augment Spd 0 I gain value increase the vibration.,but can not prevent the lift from sinking to the heave side, augment TRAVEL / Pre-torque/ Int Pre-torque value.
B、The regulation during the acceleration and deceleration process Adjust the MR0 acc ini jerk, MR0 acceleration under TRAVEL / Ramp profile menu to
change the acceleration speed. The passage will feel agravicif the acceleration speed is too big. Make sure that the rated speed should reach and hold (More then 1 S) for the monolayer traveling. If it cannot do, reduce the rated speed for monolayer traveling.
Modify the MR0 deceleration、MR0 dec end jerk under RAVEL / Ramp profile menu to change the deceleration speed. The deceleration speed can reduce the creep distance. Make sure that the creep time is over 1S. Change the deceleration distance if need.
C、The regulation for high speed. Augment TRAVEL / Speed reg gains/ Spd 3 P gain, Spd 3 I gain values if the lift vibrate
vertically. If this parameter augment too big, the noise of motor will increase, in this case, reduce REGULATION PARAM / Curr regulator / Percent values/ CurrP gain value.
D、The regulation for stopping. Augment the brake close delay or TRAVEL / Speed threshold/ Spd 0 speed thr if the brake
comes before stop. Reduce TRAVEL / Speed threshold/ Spd 0 speed thr if the vibration occur during creeping.
If the one of the Ramp values has been decreased, a new H3 learning is required.
4.5 Synchronization switch position (6_20 and 6_21) Prerequisite is that set-up drive and learning mode have been successfully completed. Correct position of the synchronisation switches is obtained by checking values of the following
(read only) parameters from LCECPU User Interface menu 6. Parameter 6_20 indicates synchronisation switch 77N position as centimeters from middle point of bottom floor door flag. Parameter 6_21 indicates synchronization switch 77U from middle point of top floor door flag. Adjust synchronization switches to positions given by LCE and observe creeping speed time to terminal floors (should be equal to the middle floors). Setup drive is not required after moving 77 switches in the shaft.
G3008008(B) Commissioning procedure manual
Version A 24
4.6 Recheck the position of 77N and 77U Drive the elevator to bottom floor, set 6-12 to 1, the fault code 0083 will appear, the elevator will run up with high speed till 77:U is reached. Check if the elevator could stop at the level of the topmost floor, if not put the 77:U switch a little bit far form the topmost floor, redo again (Power circuit is required when the elevator reach the topmost floor, if not, the fault code 0083 will not recovered). Drive the elevator to topmost floor, set 6-12 to 1, the fault code 0083 will appear, the elevator will run down with high speed till 77:N is reached. Check if the elevator could stop at the level of the bottom floor, if not put the 77:N switch a little bit far form the bottom floor, redo again (Power circuit is required when the elevator reach the bottom floor, if not, the fault code 0083 will not recovered).
4.7 H4 Floor level adjustment (5_6_1) Prerequisites for floor level adjustment are that set-up drive and deceleration distance learning have
been successfully completed. Step Action Note 1
Run the elevator to the floor closest to machine room by giving call from LCECPU User Interface.
2 Give start command from LCECPU User Interface menu: 5_6_0 -> 1
3 LCECPU User Interface will show H4 in right most seven segments. 4 Enter the elevator car (from now on procedure is similar to current BAR). 5 Using car calls run elevator to each floor. 6 After stopping at floor measure required floor correction. 7 Enter correction to system using bottom and top floor car calls.
Each press of bottom floor car call lowers stopping point by 5mm relative to current elevator position Each press of top floor car call increases stopping point by 5mm relative to current elevator position. Max correction is 30mm. After entering correction press both top and bottom floor car calls simultaneously.
8 After going through all floors go back to floor closest to machine room and terminate mode by turning elevator to RDF drive from switch 270 and back to normal drive.
Observe stopping accuracy at each floor, readjust if required. Landing calls are disabled during H4. If required correction is greater then 30mm then corresponding door flag has to be adjusted and set-up drive, learning mode and floor adjusted has to be redone.

6.Notice for backup battery on car roof There is a backup battery on car roof to supply the emergency light in case of power failure. If the voltage on car roof is too low, than the landing call cannot register, and the fault code 0169 appears, this fault will recover when power circuit after the battery is full charged. To prevent this phenomenon, please do not connect the XB32 to LCECCBS before do the commissioning, and remember to unplug the XB32 after commissioning, re-plug it when handover to the customer.
