THE CLIENTJaguar Cars Limited is a British automobile manufacturer specialized in the field of luxury sports cars. Founded in 1945 in Coventry by William Lyons and William

Walmsley, Jaguar is synonymous with elegance and performance. Many models of success over the years have made entire generations dream in Europe and in America.

After the passage in Ford and Tata Group, the current trend is a progressive return of the noble mark to a niche market consisting solely of customers with high

purchasing power. Current production includes three models: XF, XJ and XK with a wide range of engines and luxury fittings.

THE CHALLENGEFind a better place in the market for Jaguar used cars to communicate the uniqueness, prestige and sports side of the Company, and at the same time tell the story

of the brand, as a symbol of luxury, high performances and elegance.

THE SOLUTIONI’ve created the first Italian website dedicated to selling used cars on behalf of an automotive company.

More than 30 participating Jaguar dealerships and 2,500 cars marketed got in the portal, that attracts curiosity of over 2,500,000

visitors in five years, where you can choose the car model closest to your wishes. Then the portal became a benchmark for many

other car manufacturers, accompanies the potential buyer in an emotional journey that, through sounds and images, traces the story

of one of the most popular car in the world.

THE CLIENTPoste italiane SpA is the largest Italian service company. Founded as a public company dedicated to the management of the monopolist postal and telegraph servicesbehalf of the State, is now a joint stock company whose capital is owned 100% by the Italian government through the Ministry of Economy and Finance.The company is placed under the control and supervision of the Ministry of Economic Development, with 150,000 employees and a net profit of 1.018 billion euros.

THE CHALLENGEDesign the Internal Communication image, identifying a logotype and a format clear and recognizable at all levels. to be used for all communications addressed to thegroup Italian Post Office employees.

THE SOLUTIONI’ve designed a completely new format of communication characterized by the use of the color orange and the arrow sign.The new format becomes a distinctive feature of all print and electronic communications between PosteiItaliane and its employees by providing, among others, also the brochures, posters and internal signals. The new logo and new image, also used in the exclusive channel of Education and Division BancoPosta, Correspondenceand Territorial Network, have shown their effectiveness quickly by growing awareness of the employees towards the new business function, thuscreating the conditions for the subsequent development of a long series of initiatives signed in the Internal Communication. The strength of the creative idea and the success of the new format led Poste italiane to choose me as exclusive consultant for internalcommunications to create, among others, the launch campaign PosteMobile, the preparation of periodic information “Il Gabbiano” (The Seagull),the communication campaign for the new Canteen Company and fo the Company Nursery. I’ve even created the Project of “Carta dei Valori” (Charter of Values) which have been identified with the founding values of the Group as a result of a thorough fact-finding investigation conducted with questionnaires on specific employees.

With over 13,000 employees worldwide, Land Roveris a specialized manufacturer of ATVs and four-wheel drive Sport Utility Vehicle that are offered to the public with the famous slogan “Go Beyond”.Current production includes: Land Rover off-road hard and pure as Defender and Freelander, large SUVs such as Discovery, luxury SUVs like Range Rover, RangeRover Sport and Range Rover Evoque brand new, just released on market, which represents the smallest, lightest and most efficient cross-coupé ever produced by theBritish Company.

THE CHALLENGEIncrease the overall turnover of the sales and service Land Rover with a targeted action by inviting the owners of Land Rover cars to go back to dealers for SummerCheck, with the aim of triggering new processes of fidelity and loyalty and increase revenue.

THE SOLUTIONI’ve plan action on the entire assets of Mailing Land Rover. More than 73.00o customers contacted for a total of 70 database divided into 6 provinces and 4 regions multi-region, 10 different types of cover letter to match each to 7 different car models for a total of 70 different types of flyer. The numbers speak of an action to be taken successful completion is not possible without a prior strategic planning and consistent quality control at every stage of processing. From a special graphic design with contents targeted to strategic planning to manage the entire process of mailing.

THE CLIENTProtection of small and medium Italian enterprises, increase the flow of productive investments in inbound and outbound, coordination between regions,Chambers of Commerce and business organizations are just some of the tasks carried out by ICE, the National Institute for Foreign Trade.Established in 1926 with the task of "promoting the development of exports," ICE with 115 offices in 86 countries around the world in areas of strategic interest, hascontributed significantly to the spread of Made in Italy in the world , overseeing the development and implementation of special promotional programs of greatimportance for our country.

THE CHALLENGETo design the creative concept and architectural design of the Institute for Foreign Trade to use during major trade exhibition in the world of the Plastic & RubberMachinery.

THE SOLUTIONI’ve design a modular stand to be adaptable to the space in the exhibition. Inspired by the geometry of the circle as a symbol of wholeness and unity, the agency plans a creative line characterized by a circular movement that symbolizes harmony. The creative concept takes the circular element and declines it in visual of a gear, a synonym for "movement" but also for the production process: the entire production system of Made in Italy. The stand, with its particular copy head to enhance the communication times and the pay off "Made in Italy, Made in Ice", has toured the world, achieving high visibility and much appreciated by the institutions and of the highest offices of ICE.

THE CLIENTEnel SpA is Italy's largest Energy ang Gas company and Europe's second listed utility by installed capacity. Enel is an integrated player which produces, distributes and sells electricity and gas. Following the acquisition of Spanish electricity company Endesa, Enel has now a presence in 40 countries, with a net installed capacity of about 95,400 MW, and serves more than 61 million customers and gas. Listed on the Milan stock exchange since 1999, Enel is an Italian company with the highestnumber of shareholders, some 1.2 million retail and institutional investors in 2009. Enel is also the second largest operator in the natural gas market in Italy, with about2.7 million customers and a market share of around 10% in volume terms.

THE CHALLENGEMaking Publications Report of Enel, Enel and Enel Trade for a total of 37 volumes, on average, between 300 and 600 pages each, including financial statements,consolidated financial statements and quarterly and semiannual reports published in three languages , respectively Italian, English and Spanish.

THE SOLUTIONAfter an initial phase of in-depth analysis of the material, has been studied an optimal flow of work to cover the entire course of processing.Through quality control consistently performed during each phase of data exchange with the various parties involved - including KPMG as an auditor and the Office of External Relations as a project manager - I’ve been been able to eliminate any possibility of error and moreover to reduce time and cost of production.The scope of the project, together with the legal significance of these important institutional publications, demonstrating once again my ability to meet in a more appropriate manner the needs of all types of customers, even the most structured.
