SIPS TECHNOLOGYA Structural Insulated Panel (SIP) is Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) sandwiched between Fiber Cement Board (FCB) or Oriented Strand Board (OSB). These are bonded together with a structural grade laminating adhesive. SIPs can be produced in sizes ranging from 4’ x 8’ to 4’ x 24’. Quality

Combination of rigid foam insulated core, bonded to outer sheathing, forms a monolithic structural I-beam. The strength of the panel comes from displacing the load across the structure.
