1 The knife is position precisely against the wedge 2, and the wedge seating is referenced exactly in the head 3, the screw is tightened and is positioned in the rear slot and acts as safety holder to the wedge 4, ultimate performance with a large discharge area 5.


1. The knife is easily positioned to the wedge. The top part of the knife (cutting/bevel part) is referenced directly at the same point on the wedge so to assure that all knives are seated exactly in the same position.

2. Once the knife is attached to the wedge you insert the cartridge (knife/wedge) until thewedge is seated in its reference stop.NOW the knife is set into position. You then tighten the screws.

From a different viewpoint you can see that it is the wedge that is The essential part of the system.The wedge references itself against its seating,and a specifaclly designed slot is made in the wedge so that the screws act as a safety device if insufficent pressure is not applied to the wedge.
