A recognized leader for excellence in instruction, research and extension services, key player in the education and formation of professionally competent, service-oriented productive citizens, and a prime mover of the nation’s sustainable socioeconomic growth and development.

 

 It is the University’s mission to provide higher

professional, technical, and specialinstruction for special purposes, and promote

research and extension services, advanced studies and progressive leadership in agriculture, commerce, education, fishery, forestry, engineering, arts and sciences, law, medicine, public administration, industrial technology, and other fields as may be relevant (Sec. 2, R.A. 7665).

Goals In the pursuit of its mission, the initiatives and efforts

of the University are geared towards attainment of the following goals:

Quality and Excellence – the provision of undergraduate and graduate education that meets international standards of quality and excellence;

Relevance and Responsiveness – generation and diffusion of knowledge in the broad range of disciplines relevant and responsive to the dynamically changing domestic and international environment;

aims to be the center of academic excellence for nursing education and research in the country- aspiring to high level of quality nursing and nursing practice in the global community.

 

 Bulacan State University- College of Nursing provides quality education focusing on holistic, socially-relevant and globally-competitive academic preparation in various regional and global health care settings.

 Henceforth, develop a person who is caring, responsible, nationalistic, creative, critical thinker, and assumes responsibilities for personal and professional growth thus inculcating ethico-legal, moral and spiritual values.
