Cottage Golf View

Apartments: Delux, Executive, Standard

Cottage Golf View Area 200 м2 In a two-level cottage:

• On the first floor there is ф spacious living room / salon with an access to a private garden, working room , fully equipped and furnished kitchen, laundry room, guest bathroom.

• On the second floor there are two bedrooms with balconies, own toilet facilities and dressing rooms.

The cost of room for two people is from 28 to 120 euros per night depending on the period of stay.

Room rate for short-term accommodation (up to 10 days) includes breakfast for individual choice, and two parking spaces within a guarded parking lot.

The following layouts are available:

• On the first floor: a two-room suite with a separate bedroom, living room and access to a private garden.

• On the second floor: a one-room suite with a bay window, separated sleeping and dining areas, as well as a spacious roofed balcony.

The apartments are equipped with a kitchen counter with a fridge, an electric kettle, and dishes.

The cost of room for two guests is from 14 to 80 euros per night depending on the period of stay.

Room rate for short-term accommodation (up to 10 days) includes breakfast for individual choice, and two parking spaces within a guarded parking lot.

Apartment Delux Area 80 м2

Apartment Executive, 60 м2

Apartment Standard, 40 м2 The following layouts are available:

• Large Studio Executive: with an access to private garden.

• Small Studio Standard: with a bay-window.

All apartments are located on the first floor.

Apartments are equipped with a pantry counter with a fridge, electric kettle, dishes.

The cost of room for two people is from 8 to 45 euros per night depending on the period of stay.

Room rate for short-term accommodation (up to 10 days) includes breakfast for individual choice, and two parking spaces within a guarded parking lot.

Cleaning in rooms with changing linen and toiletries is made regardless of the period of stay,

a helicopter.

If necessary, guests of the Golf-hotel can keep their valuables

in the safe box at the reception desk.

Guests staying at the Golf-hotel can use the facilities of Sport Park grounds free of charge

(badminton, petanque, frisbee, football, etc.)

Guests of the Golf- hotel can play poker without restrictions in the Club House

Guests of the Golf-hotel can play ping-pong without restrictions in the Club House.

Guests staying in a Cottage or Apartment DELUX can fishing and

hunting without any restrictions (in case you have your own sports and

hunting equipment).

Guests of the Golf-hotel

can use bike rental service

without restrictions.

Guests staying in Cottage or Apartment DELUX can use the Driving Range, Chipping & Pitching Greens,

Putting Green, Bunker Area grounds during the period of stay without any restrictions.

For the guests of the Golf-hotel

there is an additional privilege:

usage of a VIP-room for negotiations

in the Club House free of charge.

Guests of the Golf-hotel can use business services at the reception:

unlimited Wi-Fi, e-mail, video and telephone communication.

Only for children whose parents stay

at the Golf-hotel, the introductory

day of the Kids’ Golf School is free of charge.
