the material will also be refunded as per the government rules and regulations.

JIT Inventory managementAs the inventories add a lot of cost to the todays business we would not be pilling

up the stocks at your ware houses. Rather we would be taking your call of

inventories and would be placing right amount of stock at your warehouses.

Helps in reducing Inventory Carrying Cost.The cost paid by TATA at present to the supplier for 5000.00Kgs is done within 30

days from the date of acceptance where as the cost paid by TATA to VEPL will be

covered in min 45 days for the same quantity with respect to the acceptance of

first delivery.

Cash involvement reduces.

The space consumed to stock the excess material is saved.



Quality Assuranceand Consistency

V ARUN ELECTRODES P v t. Ltd. Has been supply ing the same material to TATA MOTORS Lucknow, TATA MARCOPOLO Lucknow and MARCOPOLO Brazil and ha ve never been encountered with an y rejection from either of them apart from this V EPLhas only been using TATA STEEL wire rods for its entire production of 4600 metric

tones and ha ve even enrolled with TATA STEEL into the V MI ( V endor ManagedInventory) schemes to a v oid an y scarcity of raw material.

Each and every batch produced is being tested in our in house laboratories (mechanical & chemical) and the in house TEST CERTIFICATES are being pro vided with each supply and of each batch. The prototy pe of the test certif icate is attached as

Transparency in the Prices with respect to themarket fluctuations

Being one of the prestigious and the most consistent customer of TATA STELL we

are into the bond of fixing the quarterly prices of the raw material. Apart from this

the minor market fluctuations are always absorbed by VEPL. And the clear pricefluctuation formula is here below:
