Starting out as a small business Vijayshree Electromech has grown to a company now employing

a team of skilled professionals. In 1981 Sh. Sukhalalbhai Sheladia & Sh. Mansukhbhai Dhanani started

business as small unit to serve local based companies and through their leadership and experience, have

developed many strong and lasting relationship with customers.

Manufacturing/Fabrication Unit & Equipments

Vijayshree Electromech Pvt Ltd owned 2 Nos (6000 sq yards) fabrication units in the heart of

manufacturing industries of the city at NAROL GIDC. Manufacturing units are closely located with

National Highway - 8 & other state highways towards Saurashtra and Northern region of state.

We have our own capability to fabricate 5 tons/day of Street Light Poles, CCTV Camera Poles

(approx 50 to 60 Poles/day) or Brackets.

1. DESIGN BUILD:-

One thing that sets Vijayshree apart is our extraordinary strength and excellence in

the area of DESIGN BUILD services. Using the latest technology and highly skilled and

experienced engineering and design personnel, we are capable of coordinating the entire

process from concept to completion.

Offering accelerated delivery, we are always willing to work closely with other

architectural or engineering firms to provide complete electrical structure design. This design

team becomes critical in the cost control and systematic reviews of the engineering process,

while providing a single point of responsibility.

2. DESIGN ASSIST:-

Vijayshree uses an experienced approach to Design Assist projects with our in-house

design capabilities and expertise. Primary engineering and design (Engineer of Record)

remains the responsibility of an outside engineering entity. VEPL will offer review,

suggestions, coordination, management and quality control/compliance.

We also provide all CAD details and elevations for electrical rooms, specialty

equipment rough-in, and special systems for approval, sign off, and distribution to other

trades prior to the scheduling of those specific areas of work. We have found this method to

be extremely beneficial to the entire design team as well as other construction trades

involved in the project.

Company has their own staff and in-house labours to deliver services

Projects Highlights

1. Bus Rapid Transit System (BRTS) Ahmedabad

Janmarg, also known as Ahmedabad BRTS was successfully integrated withgreat vision and leadership of Sh Narendra Modi on October 2009.

As a prime Electrical Contractor, Vijayshree Electromech Pvt Ltd, hassuccessfully integrated electrification work span covered more than 19 KM path fromRTO to Chandranagar and 22 KM path from Naroda to Narol for PHASE I, ChandolaTalav – Pirana – Maninagar Path approx 12 KM in Ahmedabad city area. VEPLsuccessfully delivered project include critical jobs like HDD, Boring, Cabling, Liasoningetc in urban area.

Work includes laying of HT-LT Cables, installation of Enclosures, Undergroundcrossings, Booth electrification work & Street Lighting & bridge lighting work.

2. Salt Mound – Mahatma Mandir Project

Mahatma Mandir is a convention cum exhibition centre and a memorial located atsector 13, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India. It is inspired from life and philosophy ofMahatma Gandhi. It is one of the biggest convention centre of India spread over 34acres.

VEPL feel proud to be a prime contractor for the electrification work of SALTMOUND – Mahatma Mandir Project at Gandhinagar. One of the dream project designedby CEPT and successfulle integrated in Jan-2015.

As a prime contractor, VEPL successfully implemented critical project of entireelectrification work within 90 days time frame. Work Includes like,• Installation of Transforemers, DG Set & LT Stabilizer• HT Panel & RMU Unit installation• LT Panels (44 Panels) installation & commissioning• Distribution Boards – 84 Nos (SPN – TPN)• Aluminium and Copper Cable Laying & Termination(almost 27 Kms)• Primary & Secondary Point wiring of more than 8000 points• Deputation of 150 manpower for entire job and working day & night• Co-ordination with all sub-agencies/contractors has parallel job in completion

of Audio-Video, DATA & Communications, HVAC, Fire Fighting, FAS, CCTVSurveillance etc.

3. Central Vista – Mahatma Mandir Project

162 metre wide and 3 km long road connecting Mahatma Mandir and GujaratLegislative Assembly building was constructed. It has three lanes on both side withgardens between them. It is a broadest avenue in Gujarat.

Central Vista lighting project was initiated in 2006 with Phase I and VEPL hassuccessfully completed Street Lighting work at both sides of the roads. Work alsoincludes cable laying and integration work in Garden at Central Vista Project.

4. Street Light Work – Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation

Street Light work in Ahmedabad Urban Area is a prime ongoing job currentlyheaded by Vijayshree Electromech Pvt Ltd.

VEPL has their own in-house setup of manufacturing poles in case ofemergency. Company has their own sky skraer VAN and mobile vans forinstallation of Poles, Highmast and CCTV surveillance devices. Currently VEPLhas almost quarter job of entire street light work in Ahmedabad city.

5. HT Utility Work – NH8 – Vadodara to Bhilad

VEPL has successfully completed projects like of HT/LT Line, Transformer & UGcable Shifting work in Six-Four laning Surat - Dahisar Section of NH-8 in GujaratState for IRB Surat – Dahisar Tollway Pvt Ltd and Vadodara - Bharuch Section ofNH-8 in Gujarat State for L&T Vadodara - Bharuch toll way Ltd.

Entire project includes underground work for HT cable laying on long spanparallel to highways.

6. Toll Plaza – Internal Electrification

Toll Plaza Electrification is another major project job successfully implemented byVijayshree Electromech Pvt Ltd for IRB and L&T at different locations.

Toll Plazas on NH – 8 , Jaipur –Deoli Road, Talegaon Amaravati, Khanivade TollPlaza etc for IRB and Viramgam Maliya road (4 Toll Plaza) for L&T.

7. Highway Traffic Management System – NH8

Successful commissioning of Highway Traffic Management System fromBharuch to Surat section on NH – 8 for IRB Tollway Pvt Ltd. Work includes, HDDwork in entire trench, laying of Fiber Optic, Installation of PTZ and OutdoorCameras, installation of Enclosures and other Fiber Utility devices.

8. System Integrator – ELV Projects

VEPL has implemented nos of projects on DATA & Communications, CCTVSurveillance, Fire Alarm & Access Control Systems with Project ImplementationUnit (Govt of Guj), Emergency Operation Centre, Toll Plaza with IRB, IP - CCTVsurveillance at Central Vista Project etc.
