I, PETER CARL GUTWEIN, Minister for Planning and Local Government, hereby give notice that I have declared the draft Clarence Interim Planning Scheme 2014 to be the Clarence Interim Planning Scheme 2015, in accordance with section 30F of the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993 (the Act).

The Clarence Interim Planning Scheme 2015 will come into operation on 1 July 2015. Under section 30F(5) of the Act, the Clarence Interim Planning Scheme 2015 applies to the City of Clarence municipal area. The Clarence Planning Scheme 2007 ceases to have effect on 1 July 2015.

NOTICE OF REVOCATION OF DECLARATION OF ELECTRICAL SERVICES

THE Tasmanian Economic Regulator (the Regulator) hereby gives notice that, in accordance with section 40AD(4) of the Electricity Supply Industry Act 1995 and having complied with the requirements set out in the Electricity Supply Industry (Pricing and Related Matters) Regulations 2013, the Regulator has revoked the declaration of the following electrical services provided by the Hydro Electric Corporation (ARBN 072 377 158): • fast raise contingency frequency control ancillary service; • slow raise contingency frequency control ancillary service;

and• delayed raise contingency frequency control ancillary

service,as declared electrical services.

The revocation of the declaration in respect of these electrical services takes effect from 1 February 2016 on the expiry of the determination made under regulation 31 of the Electricity Supply Industry (Price Control) Regulations 2003 in respect of these electrical services and in force at the time of the giving of this notice of revocation.

(a) providing accessible and supportive state-wide legal advice, casework and referral service to Tasmanian women who face additional barriers in accessing legal services due to various social, economic and cultural factors; and

(b) providing a safe and non-threatening environment for its female clients.

This Notice determines the arrangements for the Tasmanian Scallop Fishery for commercial purposes and open waters for commercial fishing in the White Rock Grindstone Scallop Area, all other waters are closed. These arrangements are subject to change.

Fishers should be aware that the Scallop Fishermen’s Association of Tasmania (SFAT) may have voluntary fishing restrictions for part of an area that is gazetted open for scallop fishing.

(5) Road Safety (Alcohol and Drugs) Amendment Regulations 2015

These regulations amend the Road Safety (Alcohol and Drugs) Regulations 2009 by –

(a) removing the references to a specific breath analysing instrument to enable the regulations to apply to all breath analysing instruments; and

(b) extending the period between tests of breath analysing instruments to 12 months.

(6) State Service (Restructuring) Order (No. 4) 2015

This order amalgamates Cancer Screening and Control Services with the Tasmanian Health Service.

(7) Tasmanian Qualifications Authority (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2015

These regulations amend the Tasmanian Qualifications Authority (Fees) Regulations 2013 consequent on the enactment of the Tasmanian Qualifications Authority Amendment Act 2015 by omitting from the title to, and provisions of, those regulations references to the Tasmanian Qualifications Authority and substituting the Office of Tasmanian Assessment, Standards and Certification.

(8) Proclamation under section 20(9) of the Valuation of Land Act 2001

This proclamation fixes 1 July 2015 as the date on and after which the fresh valuations of lands come into force for the municipal areas of Central Highlands, Devonport, Hobart, Huon Valley, Kentish, Kingborough, Latrobe, Southern Midlands and West Coast.

(9) Electricity Supply Industry Concession Order 2015

This order determines the persons to whom concessions for the supply of electricity are to be provided by authorised retailers, the amount of those concessions that are to be provided, and the manner in which the concessions are to be provided.
