System Concreto

Concreto is a new and unique walldecoration system based on Kronospanwood-derived boards. It is the answerto customers needs in modern wallcovering materials in accordance withthe latest trends in interior design.

System Concreto

System Concreto consists of cut-to- size boards in two convenientdimensions 612 x 612 mm and 612 x 822 mm in 10 and 18 mm thickness.

Joints of different width between the boards can be obtained by usingmounting crosses for tiling or the 4-sided tongue and groove 18 mmboard.

System Concreto

Screw the boards to the construction of woodenbattens using screws to make the head of the screweven with the surface of the board (prior to theinstallation make small recess in the board to hide theheads of the screws) – recommended installation.

Screw the boards to the wall using screws to makethe head of the screw even with the surface of theboard (prior to the installation make small recess inthe board to hide the heads of the screws).

Glue the boards to the wall by means of installationglue.

Joints of different width between the boards can beobtained by using the mounting crosses for tiling orthe 4-sided tongue and groove 18 mm board.

Cover the boards with priming emulsion withoutdilution.

Prepare the decorative plaster according to therecipe on the packaging. The mass can be colouredwith powdered or liquid pigments.

Cover the boards with the plaster. Preliminarycovering – gives the effect of raw concrete, accuratecovering – the effect of smooth concrete

By means of a narrow tool f.ex. spatula remove thesurplus of the plaster from the distances betweenthe boards and the decorative holes*.

Leave till dried out. To obtain higher resistance towater and dirt the boards can be covered with animpregnation sealant. The boards can be finishedwith decorative accessories.
