Current Term Payment Plans
Requirements
– First payment due on payment due date
(2 Mondays before the start of term)
– $15 Enrollment fee
– $150 Minimum balance
– Automatic payments (required)
– $15/$25 Late fee with missed payments
– Must enroll online through MyPCC
– Any down payments made Are Not considered as the First Payment.

3-Installments 3 monthly payments
5-Installments 5 bi-weekly payments.
Prior Term Custom Payment Plans
Requirements
– First payment due upon enrollment
– $25 Enrollment fee
– $150 Minimum balance
– Automatic payments (required)
– $25 Late fee with missed payments
– Transcript hold until balance is paid in full
– Must contact the Student Account Services office to enroll
Prior Term Custom Payment plan options
3-Month Custom Payment Plan 3 monthly payments Required for students wanting to register for the upcoming term.
6-Month Custom Payment Plan 6 monthly payments
Must be paid in full before student can register
12-Month Custom Payment Plan 12 monthly payments
Must be paid in full before student can register

Cost Calculator is found by:
1) Selecting Resources Tab2) Then select Paying For College in “Start of Term Essentials”3) Then see “Calculate your costs and see available payment plans” under
a Picture.

Assist students with enrolling in college-approved payment Plans
Step 1: Log in to MyPCC
Step 2: Click on Paying for College tab & PCC-Pay hyperlink
Step 3: Select Payment Plan tab
Step 4: Select Enroll Now button
Step 5: Select term
Step 6: Click drop down arrow & choose payment plan type
Step 7: Review summary & select continue
Step 8: Select payment schedule & select continue
Step 9: Click drop down arrow & choose the automatic payment method
Step 10: Review payment plan agreement, agree to the terms & submit
Students will receive an email confirmation upon successful enrollment into a college-approved payment plan.
Go to MyPCCStep 1

Click on “Paying for College Tab”
Select PCC-Pay link
Step 3 Select “Payment Plans” tab
Step 4
Select Enroll Now
Step 5
There must be $150.00 dollars in Tuition Charges in order ti set up a payment plan.
If Students are UNABLE to select a Term, they are not eligible for a payment plan.
Please Direct Students to the Student Account Services Office for Questions.

Step 7 Review Summary and select continue
Step 8 Select payment schedule and select continue

Click drop down arrow & choose the automatic payment method
2 Payment methods:1) Echecks = Bank routing Number
2) Debit/Credit/Prepaid Card
Students receive an email confirmation upon successful enrollment in a college-approved payment plan.
