on security measures & preparedness.

MUN session was held at APJ Abdul Kalam HalI. A group of 72 students presented themselves as delegates of 41 countries.

22/9 MIE (Microsoft Innovative Educator) Experts Summit was hosted

by DRS Intl. school, and it was attended by four of our computer teachers.

22/9 A group of about40 students participated in ‘Tadhiginathom’

programme conducted at Ravindra Bharathi.

24/9 Times of India conducted GK Quiz for classes 8 to10.

27/9 Dasara and Bathukamma festival was celebrated in the school assembly. A beautiful cultural programme was presented by the

Primary students.

J.Shriya of class 8th won 2 Gold medals in 1st Telangana

Open Tournament in Solo & Synchronized skating. She went on to win 1 Gold in synchronised skating & 1Silver in pair skating in 15th National Championship at Gurgram,Haryana.

Amusement & Water Theme Park.There were many water rides and dry rides.

Inter-school English essay writing competition sponsored by Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. T.Sampriti of class XI won the 1st Prize.

26/10 Pops Crew Dance academy entered the Asia Book of Records and

India Book of Records in its first attempt on “Largest Tollywood dance”, with 3400 school students dancing for 15 minutes. Our school supported the event by being the “venue partner” and

encouraged 1700 students to participate in the event.

by Vivekananda Institute of Human Excellence, Ramakrishna Math on 26th Oct. Students of 6th,7th & 8th classes participated in a recitation competition. The prize winners are:

26/10 IDF awards function was held at BVB,Basheerbagh.Our Asst.I/C Secondary wing Mrs.Suma Ganesh & Mrs.N.Vijaya received Social

Action Awards for resource generation & social participation with IDF. Our school also received IDF “Best Partner”award for Road

Safety.

A debate competition was held at our Auditorium which was sponsored by Power

Grid Corporation of India Ltd.13 schools participated and the 1st prize was won

by Army Public School, R,K.Puram. Our team consisted of Kshitij Sircar, Simran & Shradha Nanda. Kshitij was adjudged the best speaker against the motion.

2/11 Praharshita won the first prize in drawing competition and received Bala Puraskaram Award.

3/11 Brig.M.K.Rao memorial football tournament conducted by our

school, kick started on 29th October 2018 with 15 schools taking part in the knock-out matches. The final match was played on 3rd

Nov. between KV Trimulgherry and our school and our school’s ‘A’ team won the trophy.

3/12 Learning,Grooming & Bonding through FUN-‘Excellent’ a

programme was organised by CREST to improve the child’s

attitude,self-confidence,mind power & value system.Soft skills

training was given by Mr.K.V.Pradeep-Mimicry by Mimicry

Srinivos & Magic by Mr.C.V.Ramana.Classes 4th to 8th under

went the training.Our school was awarded an appreciation

certificate & a wall clock.

5/12 P.Nischal Rao of 7E won 1st prize in Story-telling competition

organized by New Saraswati House.

5/12 The school Annual Inspection took place very systematically.The

evaluation team which was headed by Dr.N.S.K.Swamy lauded

the efforts of the school Principal and staff in moulding the

future citizens.
