Observance of Rashtriya Ekata Saptah
As per the instruction of HRD Ministry, Govt. of India, under the guidance of NLMA the Rashtriya Ekta
Saptah celebrated from 20-10-2016 to 25-10-2016 in the country to commemorate 141th B.A. of Sardar
Vallabhbhai Patel, the unifier of India as a part of Rashtriya Ekta Saptah.
SRC Ahmedabad celebrated Rashtriya Ekta Saptah 31-10-2016 to 6-11-2016. as the last week of October
was very hectic in Gujarat due to the celebration of Diwali and New Year.
SRC worked out accordingly to celebrate Rashtriya Ekta Saptah at AEC and GP level and Oath of Rashtriya
Ekta Saptah was taken in Saakshar Bharat Districts of Gujarat State.
The detail activities of celebration of Rashtriya Ekta Saptah are as under :
1. Poster of Rashtriya Ekta Saptah was prepared and supplied to 40 GPs of Prantij and Talod blocks of
Sabarkantha District.
2. Slogans were prepared, printed and distributed in the service area of SRC.
3. Four kind of stickers were prepared and distributed in 40 GPs.
4. 10 Banners were prepared and supplied to both blocks of Sabarkantha District.
5. Pamphlets of Oath were printed in bulk and distributed in both the blocks of Sabarkantha District in
sufficient numbers.
