Effective April 1st, 2019 Jet Airways (9W) flights will not be available on the Amadeus GDS platform in all markets worldwide. The following options are available for travel agents to handle Jet Airways reservations after April 1st, 2019 OPTION 1- Migrate all Jet Airways PNRs to Sabre prior to March 31st To request a DataMerge from Amadeus to Sabre, you will have to complete and submit our Agency Eservices release form. To do so, please follow the next steps: Open browser to: https://agencyeservices.sabre.com Sign into the page with your Sabre sign in number, passcode and PCC where the Data Merge requester resides. Go to Tools > DataMerge >DataMerge Request Tools >DataMerge Request Forms > Amadeus to Sabre The home page will list the requirements for requesting a DataMerge. The request tool is located at the bottom of this page. Please note that all conversions should be requested from MON-FRI from 8am- 5pmUSET time. Agencies must submit all authorization forms to both the releasing GDS and Sabre Travel Network a minimum of five (5) full business days prior to the requested capture date, due to this we highly recommend to place requests as soon as possible to avoid delays. Please read the Datamerge Customer guide for further details. OPTION 2- Making changes without a Migration Agencies can maintain all existing PNRs in Amadeus and take necessary action only with respect to those PNRs which require changes for travel after April 1st, 2019. No action needs to be taken both for unutilized and partially utilized tickets unless the passenger requires a change. Booking will remain active in Jet Airways system and passengers can travel as per the ticketed itinerary Bookings will remain active after April 1 st 2019 although Jet Airways segments on Amadeus will not be receiving: Schedule changes on itineraries (new segments or cancelations to previously operating flights). SSR messages. Cancelation or new seat assignment. Please ensure reservations include passenger’s valid email ID and phone number to avoid disruption to their travel in case of a schedule change. Effective April 1st, 2019 Jet Airways (9W) flights will not be available on the Amadeus GDS platform in all markets worldwide. The following options are available for travel agents to handle Jet Airways reservations after April 1st, 2019

NOTE: Please ensure all modifications/ refunds are done within the same IATA number

1. PNRs with ticketing time limit after April 1st, 2019a. Agencies are advised to have all such PNRs ticketed prior to March 31st ,2019.b. If not ticketed by 31st March 2019 travel agencies can book as per seats/ RBDS available on Sabre.c. If not ticketed by 31st March 2019 and required seats/ RBDS are not available on Sabre- i. Agencies need to create a new PNR in the available RBD and send an email to [email protected] including details of the new and original PNR – please note this email ID will be active from 01st Apr, 2019 only ii. Jet Airways will confirm the new PNR as per the same itinerary/ RBD as in the original PNRd. For Group Bookings, where EMDs has been issued for partial deposit through Amadeus and agent has migrated to Sabre, travel agents can make balance payments by issuing EMDs through Sabre or contact local 9W office for guidance.

After PNR is created in Sabre and validated by Jet Airways, these PNRs are to be treated as 1S PNRs. Tickets and other modifications post-creation will be done in Sabre.

2. Manage changes in ticketed PNRs

a. What process should an agent follow to reissue a partially or a totally unused Jet Airways ticket which has been issued in Amadeus? i. Create a new PNR in Sabre with the required flights ii. Use Refunds and exchanges routines to process changes, All the Refunds and Exchanges (QREX) routines can be used to exchange tickets Details can be found on eservices or Format Finder page qrxov090 iii. Ensure the original PNR created in Amadeus is cancelled by contacting Jet Airways

b. Refunds i. Tickets issued in Amadeus can be refunded in Sabre under the same IATA number. ii. Use Refunds and exchanges routines to process changes, All the Refunds and Exchanges (QREX) routines can be used to exchange tickets Details can be found on eservices or Format Finder page qrxov090

All other scenarios are to be handled directly with Jet Airways
