KPIs, etc. The lanes offer quick navigation and the

ability to perform tasks within a matter of clicks.

With HR Renewal, SAP introduces social concepts

into SAP ERP HCM with profiles (personal

information), feeds (get the latest information) and

updates (share information). On-premise clients can

use key social functionality to foster collaboration

within the organization as those in the cloud with

concepts based on SAP Jam.*

Functional Enhancements

Although most commonly associated with cloud

products, quarterly updates (also known as Feature

Packs) are provided to increase and enhance

functionality of HR Renewal on a continuous

basis. Such improvements include country-specific

enhanced functionality for both core HR and

payroll, along with the global HR and standard

payroll enhancements.

n HR Renewal 2.0 requires ECC 6.0 EhP7

n *Using collaboration and social networking

features within HR Renewal based on SAP Jam

requires the respective SAP JAM subscription
