Every holiday we seem to have the same issues, children arriving with no drink or not enough to eat. Please ensure your child has what they need for the day, as it is very frustrating as staff to see children

hungry and thirsty, especially when on a trip and there is nothing, we can do about it. We supply afternoon tea, so please remember a packed morning tea, lunch & drink daily.

Please remember to ensure you child arrives before the stated time trip days. (We need time to tag and brief the children before we depart) We are booked into venues at a certain time, and we are unable to wait for late children. Please make sure you child/ren have suitable footwear, and whatever is required for that day – NO SHOES NO TRIP – and also plenty of lunch and drinks.

When we visit the cinemas, the children are able to purchase snacks – the costs are Drink $1.70, jellytip $3.30, trumpet $3.80, Popcorn $3 (on top of the cinema entry fee) Due to our high numbers we do

not allow the children to go to the cinema shop on arrival. Please note that while every effort is made to keep your child’s belongings together, we are not responsible for any lost items. We encourage children at all times to put their items away but if something is

valuable, please keep it at home. FEES – We staff on numbers. We do not refund any days booked if your child does not attend. Also please ensure your fees are paid into the right account, as listed on your account. If you require care,

please book asap as we are often at capacity, especially on trip days.

All fees from previous holidays must be paid prior to booking. A 20% deposit is required upon booking, the total due at the start of the holidays. We have to pay wages, trip fees, buses etc so please ensure that your fees are paid upon booking. Paying weeks after the holidays end, is not acceptable. You will receive an invoice via email, which will have the bank details on it

This has been a favourite! Design a pizza. Pick your

favourites and then you get to eat them!!! If you have

BOYS – A fun time with Mad Cow drumming followed by sports & something yummy!

GIRLS – We are cheerleading with Kara

Waimarino is our all-time favourite summer activity.

Kayaking, the blob, jousting, slide, rockclimbing, volleyball

and more. Wetsuit hire $5 TOGS, TOWELS, HEAPS OF

FOOD, DRINK & WARM CHANGE OF CLOTHES. BE

THURSDAY 30th

HORSE TREK/KAYAKING This morning we head off to Karamu Horse Trekking, where you will have a one

hour trek. Then we will spend time on the lake

kayaking. HATS, SUNSCREEN, DRINK,
