ICC Breakout Meeting Discussion GuidelinesGoal: Develop a common framework aligned with FMI Strategic Plan for Council, Verticals and Committees.

• Appoint a scribe and individual to report back to the Council on Wed. morning May 7.

• Review ICC governance structure and framework. Discuss alignment of initiatives across verticals, committees and total store collaboration initiative.

• Complete discussion guide template for your assigned committee related to mission, goals and objectives, action plan, outcomes and measures of success.

• Review draft FMI Emerging Issues and Opportunities document to guide your discussions and outcomes. Prioritize issues that are most relevant and of highest value.

• Determine what issues are unique to your vertical or committee.

• Identify those issues and opportunities that are complementary across the total store collaboration initiative.

• Identify any opportunities or barriers that should be discussed at the Council meeting on Wednesday morning.
