Hello!
“It is important to us that people feel welcome when they visit Rowena’s,” said Regina. The mother-daughter team intentionally buys items in a wide variety of price ranges to provide many selections for their customers. “We buy items we would be proud to give as a gift or to put in our own homes,” Rowena said. In purchasing a gift at Rowena’s, be assured you will be proud to present your gift in its beauti-fully packaged gift bag! The fun bows and colorful tissue in the signature black bag make anyone thrilled to be on the receiving end.
The store is seasonally dressed to bring a colorful taste of the latest gift items. “We enjoy changing the store out and moving items around. It’s nice to see customer’s faces when they see the new product,” Rowena said.

In addition, the Broadway location offers Pandora Jew-elry. Troll beads are a popular item for all ladies and can be worn on a bracelet or a necklace. You can also choose your favorite bead and wear it on a ring. The unique characteristic about the Troll bracelet is it is

-relli jewelry is a collection inspired by heirloom jew-elry found in the designer’s grandmother’s jewelry box. The sparkle of gemstones gives this jewelry a timeless feel and is classic enough to be worn with jeans and a white t-shirt or for any special occasion. The name Sorrelli is an adaptation of the Italian word for sisters ~ a tribute to the love of family.

in 2001 at Veranda Market in Morristown. Beginning with stationery and invitations, their offerings grew to include small seasonal decorations, books, jewelry and frames. In 2003, Smith and Kinsler opened a charming shop in a small house on Broadway in Jefferson City called Rowena’s. After several years in Jefferson City, the opportunity arose to bring the same type of prod-ucts and personal service to Morristown. In August 2008, Rowena’s on Main opened its doors.
Mother and daughter travel to the Atlanta market twice a year with additional trips throughout the year as well. Rowena and husband Ken enjoy traveling. This keeps Rowena abreast of the latest trends and hot items. These shopping trips have taken her as far as New York, Canada, Florida, Boston, and Seattle. She enjoys bringing nice offerings back to Morristown.
Rowena is married to Ken Smith, owner of Smith-Turner Drug Store in Sneedville, Tennessee. She is the daughter
of Malcolm and Mattie Bell Williams and the mother of Regina, Katrina Smith Faith of Hendersonville, Tennessee and Kendrick Smith of Knoxville. She is also the proud

My name is Tammy Huntley, and I’ve recently become a licensed cosmetologist, after attending classes at the Ten-nessee Institute of Cosmetology. I have always dreamed of becoming a Cosmetologist. Last year I planned to make my dream come true. I visited several schools in the area & made the decision to join Paula Cook at her school. I would encour-
-see Institute of Cosmetology. From the moment I walked in the door Paula & Beth made me fell like they really wanted me to come and learn from them. Out of the schools I visited they were not only the most professional but also the friendli-
est. Paula and her staff are very knowledgeable & professional. They not only teach the requirements but they also give you their personal experiences. They are very understanding and helpful & if I didn’t get something right off they kept working with me until I did. I consider it a pleasure to have been taught by Paul, Kim, Karen & all the others at the Tennessee Institute of Cosmetology.
Class hours are: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

I began my career in 1983, as a hairstylist working for Ross the Boss and Company. By 1986 I opened my own salon, Magic Scissors. In 1990 I earned my Instructors license, but continued to work in my salon. After years of waiting and dreaming of teaching, Tennessee Institute of Cosmetology became a reality for me in 2006. We have 5 manicure tables, 3 pedicure chairs, 1 facial room and 24 styling stations to
and feet, waxing eyebrows, cheeks, etc... Our instructors supervise the students as they learn the trade; it takes approximately 10 months to complete the full cosmetology program, and less than 5 months to complete the nail program.
New classes start every two months: January, March, May, July, September and November.
If you are looking for a new career, we would love to show you around our facility and answer any ques-tions you may have and if you are looking for a new look for a new career, let us help you get ready...

A Career in Less Than One Year!
I chose Tn Institute of Cosmetology for my education because the staff and en-vironment was very warm and inviting! Paula Cook who owns and operates the school is a well respected and talented hairdresser, she has a great love for hair and that compassion comes through her work with her students. Since I have graduated The TN Institute of Cosmetology I have been able to build a strong clientele base and continue to grow everyday. I am also now an educator for ghd a global hair product company which has been a total dream come true! I have worked fashion events and worked with some of the best hairdresser in the country such as Omar Lopez, Craig Carter, and Andi

The NICU is a perfect example of how important physicians are to our delivery of healthcare in our area. “The area is fortunate to have highly skilled obstetrics specialists, all trained in high-risk
pregnancy, now MHHS women’s and newborn services are complete with the opening of the NICU and the addition of Dr. Saune

Hello!
When Paul and Ellie Maben learned they were expecting twins, they carefully considered their hospital choice. “I asked a lot of
questions,” says Ellie. “I wanted to be sure that my preferences during labor and delivery would be respected.” The babies’ birth went
smoothly and according to plan, and Ellie credits the calm and caring attention of Lakeway’s nursing staff. “The nurses addressed all
our concerns and helped us create an ideal environment for our twin boys’ births. We felt safe and comfortable, and we can’t thank
them enough for accommodating us.”
“They’re healthy. They’re perfect. Thank you, Lakeway Regional Hospital Women’s Pavilion.”
