Dear Children,

This summer vacation let’s take a tour of our neighbouring countries and learn abouttheir history, culture, literature, location etc. We have designed an interesting andinformative holiday home work that will give you a peek into these countries. All youhave got to do is find out more about these countries.

Just follow the simple instructions given below to compile and present your homeworkin an attractive magazine form.

1. Make sure all your answers are written on an A4 sheet, coloured or white, thechoice is yours.

2. Everything should be neatly written and not printed. Your work should be yourown and not done by an adult. Of course! Your elders can guide you, but whatcomes to us should be in your own hand writing.

3. Make an attractive cover for your magazine.4. Remember a well presented ‘Holiday Home Work’ fetches you a prize.

First and foremost, to know the location ofthese countries, we need to depict them on a map. Make coloured cut-outs of the maps ofany four neighbouring countries of your choice. Paste these on the sheets individually withtheir flags shown on the right side. Secondly, you need to complete this table below. (Drawit in your booklet).
