As early as 12 months, children can be exposed to a foreign language as their natural abilities help them to master a language rapidly and easily while boosting their intellectual competencies.

KiDSleS PetitS louSticS age 6Based on innovative French immersion teaching methods, language-learning becomes fun! Teachers present the language and culture through tailored age-appropriate activities, all in French. Children are encouraged to interact in French, thanks to various activities: stories, creative projects, songs, and educational games. This is a 1-year programme (6 terms).

Blah Blah Blah ageS 6 - 9In this course, children will have the opportunity to practise and improve their oral and listening skills in context. Children will interact in French, thanks to various activities: board games, songs, role-play, drama, stories… The course focuses on pronunciation and fluency, helping kids to be more confident when speaking French in real-life and everyday situations. sFranco-KiDS courSeSFrench For Bilingual chilDrenageS 6-15• classes offered on Saturdays and on weekdays• children are placed according to age and level• 2 hours / once a week / 8 weeks / $430 (GST included)These courses are for children who speak French: either they attend a French school or French is spoken at home as a second language of communication or their level is excellent. Two main objectives for these courses: to maintain the school knowledge and savoir-faire in French that are necessary to be able to join the French education system if needed, and to make sure French becomes a true medium for intellectual and personal development for genuine cross cultural children. Children are only eligible for these classes after taking a placement test that will assess their level in French.
holiDay camPSaGeS 5–11during the holiday day camps, children are immersed in the French language through workshops and activities designed to educate and entertain. Through thematic weeks, children embark on a voyage into a sensory, imaginary, creative and magical world. Each week, children explore the French language and culture through storytelling, theatre, arts and crafts, singing and culinary workshops while developing strong communication skills in French! Activities are tailored
according to age groups and differ per session. A fee of S$30 (gST included) is to be paid upon enrolment and membership is valid for 12 months. maKe-uP claSSeSStudents cannot make up for a missed class by attending a similar class on a different day/time. Make-up classes are available at S$68/hour (for one student) or S$110/hour (for 2 to 3 students of the same class) if you missed a class and want to catch up. Maximum 3 hours per term. The 4th hour will be applied at private tuition rate. Fees include GST. Make-up classes are to be taken within the same term of the missed class or within the first 2 weeks of the following term and under the condition to be registered in a regular course.

FeeS PaymentPayments of all fees must be made in full at the time of registration by cash, NETS or credit card (visa, MasterCard or AMEX). Cheques are not accepted. All fees include GST. Please note that there are specific terms and conditions applying for online purchases.
claSSeS regiStration anD aDmiSSionRegistration is not finalised as long as the ‘Terms and Conditions’ form has not been read and signed for acceptance. A specific registration form is to be filled for DELF/DALF preparation courses available at the registration counter. Only students currently appearing on class lists can be admitted in class or holding their entrance coupon available from the registration counter.
reFunDS & DeFermentSNo refund for workshops. No refund or credit note will be issued due to absence of the student for any reason. No refund or deferment for discounted course fees. Classes paid with a credit note cannot be refunded or re-credited. 15% of the course fees will be charged for refund for a course cancelled two weeks before the beginning of a term. No refund or deferment is accepted after the beginning of the term. deferments may be requested before the beginning of the term. Any deferment incurs a S$20 administration fee.
courSe cancellationAF reserves the right to cancel classes and workshops, adjust curriculum, and to change teachers during terms if necessary without advanced notice. Courses can be cancelled due to insufficient enrolment, unavailability of an instructor, or inability to schedule appropriate instructional space. When a course is cancelled, students are notified by telephone and/or email and given the option to transfer to another course, to receive a credit note (valid for 6 months), to defer to the next term or to be fully refunded. Transfer from one course to another within the same term is allowed only within the first 2 weeks of the term. Higher price differences are to be paid by the student. lower price differences are not reimbursed by the Alliance Française but compensated for by a credit note.
claSS regulationSFor the comfort of all, the use of cell phones is not allowed in classrooms. Eating and drinking are not permitted while the class is conducted.
BooKSTextbooks and workbooks can be purchased either online or from Alliance Française bookshop. Textbooks and workbooks are not refundable. Exchange can be done on the condition that books are in perfect shape to be for sale again. Higher price differences are to be paid by the student. lower price differences are not reimbursed by the Alliance Française but compensated for by a credit note.
