Edie Goes for a Walk in the Park[A Tale Told in Etsy.com Pictures]

It was early one chilly October morning; when Edie woke up with out a warning.

She stretched her legs and tried to nibble on he owner Cindy’s eggs.

After taking a puppy nap, she saw Cindy put on her favorite stocking cap

“What could she being doing?” Edie barked. And then they went outside where her car was parked.

Once safe inside and buckled up tight, they started driving until the park was in sight.

Edie barked and yipped with glee. “Oh, this is going to be such a fun day for me!”

Once they got out of their car, they started walking down the tree lined path and got quite far.

On their walk Edie saw some of her favorite puppy pals. The Basset, Lucy, the Pug, Frances, the Poodle, Cece and the golden doodle, named Al.

They all thought it would be fun to run and play, but they knew they would get in trouble, so they decided to stay.

The trees were full of colors, orange, yellow, and brown. And Edie heard the birds singing; she knew this was her favorite part of the town.

They walked and they walked until her little paw grew tired. They stopped for a bite of some muffins and cider.

While They sat on a bench and finished their snacks. They watched walkers and joggers go by on their treks.

It was getting chilly and it was dark. It was finally time for Edie and Cindy to leave the park.

They got in their car and started driving away. Edie looked out the window and wanted to stay.

But as they rolled down the street, Edie remembered that when she gets home she has snacks to eat.
