Our experience of on line developmentstretches to synergising groups of companies under one recognisablebrand.

Highfield wanted a purpose built referral system that was easy to operate and would enable any numberof practitioners to track the treatmentsreceived by their patients.

We built a stand alone system, privately hosted with the flexibility to grow to meet future demands.

A sophisticated backend databasestructure is presented to the user in a way that is as simple to administeras a click of a mouse.

Here we needed to drive traffic to a new bookings system. Using Social Mediasuch as Facebook we grew the database (fans), our menu of stats is impressive. 100,000 visits to the site, 400,000 page views, 45,000 menu downloads and over 35,000 bookings through the site - an ROI of about 22:1.

new e-commerce site for the UK. But now let us take you right back to understand how we got there. Our work with Hush Puppies has been about continuing to talk to their existing customers, while attracting a new, younger crowd through brand shifting and a move to a digital world.

We had to be careful. It wasn’t all bells and whistles to begin with as we had to get in to the heads of their customers, work out what they wanted to hear, and then find the means and media to grab people by the collars and get them listening. “A client like Ann Summers gets inundated with offers to help with their promotions. I wonder why! So they decided to

take a different tact and run a campaign where each quarter a new viral brief is released for agencies to pitch.

Cowan Group beat 39 other agencies to the Sex and The City themed viral. With just two weeks from selection to live launch on Handbag.com, we had to finish the script, find the actors, scour for a location, get the crew together, license the music, hunt down the relevant props, hire an editor, and re-hire a model after the first one pulled out with cold feet – but that was OK as we had a whole day before the shoot to find a new one!!!

The result matched perfectly with Ann Summers’ brand; sexy and cheeky, but with the women being strong and always getting the upper hand. The client was extremely happy with the result and the seamless way we worked – as were the audience who flocked to the net to view it in their hundreds of thousands.”
