Hogmanay, or New Year’s Eve, is the most fabulous time to be in Scotland. Come to the kingdom of Fife, the old capital of Scotland, the land of Robert the Bruce. We’ll guarantee to give you an unforgettable celebration: fabulous fun for family and friends.

Arrive on 29th, 30th or 31st December and enjoy the warmth of traditional Scottish hospitality. Afternoon tea will be served in the lounge (on 30th December only) then you can walk in the landscaped gardens or spend time in our relaxing Picture of Health Club & Spa.

Our amazing Taste Scotland dinner takes place on the eve of 30th December. A four course feast of Scottish produce, with carefully selected wines, will be followed by an informal ceilidh to practice your dancing steps.

On December 31st we host our renowned Hogmanay Hoolie, the most glamorous event in the Keavil House calendar. Enjoy a Prosecco and canapé reception, followed by a four course Scottish feast. The Hoolie is hosted by our energetic ceilidh band, there is a disco and in true Scottish style we have not forgotten our piper who will pipe you into 2018.

When 1st January dawns, it’s a relaxed start in the restaurant with Bucks Fizz served at our New Year’s Day brunch. Whether you spend the day outdoors in the Fife countryside or relaxing in the leisure club pool, mulled wine and Scottish nibbles will be served in the afternoon to replenish you. An informal charity ‘Race Night’ and gourmet buffet is then served in the evening. Place a bet to raise money for charity and have the opportunity to win some fabulous prizes.

It’s a late check out on 2nd January after a full Scottish breakfast. “Haste ye back” will be ringing in your ears as you leave our doors.
