ABOUT NHRDN LEARNING CENTRE
OVERVIEW OF ANNUAL EVENTS
NHRDN NATIONAL CSR SUMMIT
It is crucial for organizations now only to make higher earnings but
also to ensure that their business is built on strong ethical practices
and is not harmful to the environment in which they operate.
Companies nowadays are also being increasingly pressurized to
enhance the stratum of their social responsibilities. If implemented
appropriately, CSR measures can also be great contributors in defining the success of
organizations and lead to win – win situations. Keeping these imperatives in mind, NHRDN has
taken an initiative to create awareness among organizations about their responsibility
towards the business & environment by introducing its National CSR Summit. This Summit
would assist organizations in identifying several social, environmental & financial measures
that can positively affect the greater business environment, specifically comprising of People,
Planet & Profit and also be a valuable contributor in overall success at the same time.
NHRDN NATIONAL IR SUMMIT
The Employee Relations (ER) climate in an organization is the
product of the socio-economic and political systems in which it
operates. However, the single biggest determinant of the ER
environment is the sum of management practices in the
organization. In today’s business landscape having an effective
employee relations culture is a must for any organization for business sustainability. At NHRDN,
we understand the importance and criticality of this subject and hence organize an annual IR
Summit which helps participants look within Industry and the corporate world for solutions – to
self-introspect on how to proactively build sustainable employee relations practices in a highly
competitive global environment.
NHRDN HRD LEADERS RETREAT
HRD Leaders are expected to demonstrate truly inspirational
leadership. While tough calls have to be made, they have to be
accompanied by complete transparency, integrity and
genuine compassion on one hand, and prepare for innovation
and new opportunities on the other. NHRDN HRD Leaders Retreat
is a National Platform to hone the skills of HR Leaders. Senior
Business Professionals personally groom the HR Leaders for two and a half days, in a Workshop
mode.
The role of HR in partnering with the business leaders to lead in this courageously authentic
way is crucial.Recognizing the importance of building the right Leadership skills in our
organizations, NHRDN organizes its annual ‘Learning Community’ of HR Leaders, to help them
prepare for the journey ahead.
NHRDN NATIONAL LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT SUMMIT
Change has always been a force to reckon with for the
Organizations in the past; however now, not only do we face the
dramatic technological revolutions, but also a significant change
in the pace of these changes, which is more rapid, more tangent
and has transformed the way organizations are doing business &
building intellectual capital. This external environment influencing organizations is also
characterized by increasing global competition, unpredictability, instability and ambiguity of
global markets. In this scenario, old didactic or learning approaches for developing
intellectual capital and senior leadership team are not likely to be effective and efficient. To
discuss how organizations are facing these realities and are coping with the changing
dynamics of the global markets using potential L&D initiatives, NHRDN organizes its annual
National L&D Summit, which features HR, L&D & Business professionals from across the country
deliberating on various contemporary topics in the L&D space.
NHRDN NATIONAL HRM SUMMIT

instrumental in front lining and on boarding HR as a key differentiator to all business activity. To
further align the HR Agenda with main business goals, NHRDN had introduced a new initiative
last year- its 1st CEOs Conclave. The Conclave brought together some of the celebrated
CEOs and seasoned HR professionals to deliberate on the choosen theme. It is now an annual
property of NHRDN and is one of its most premium offerings. In addition, NHRDN also

CALENDAR OF ACTIVITIES
NHRDN NATIONAL COMPENSATION & REWARDS SUMMIT
Compensation represents the largest of all expenses in most
organizations. With such high stakes on the table, there is an
enormous demand for innovative business practices which
requires more than traditional compensation packages and a
closer look at pay-for-performance models for more effective
bottom-line business results. Recognizing the importance of this domain, NHRDN organizes its
annual Compensation & Rewards Summit which helps practitioners comprehend and
analyze the components of compensation and benefits to employees, and to learn how
leading companies are designing new strategies and implementing creative compensation
programs which are driving immediate results for long-term sustainability in this complex
environment.
NHRDN NATIONAL HR SHARED SERVICES SUMMIT
In this emerging era of globalization and new business models, visionary CXOs & Business/ Functional Heads of corporations are focused on Business Process Management (BPM) to align business processes of an organization with the needs and requirements of customers - internal and external. Over the last decade, India has become the global hub for off shoring of IT and IT Enabled Services More and more forward looking Indian organizations are drawing upon global best practices, and have commenced exploiting Shared Services and Technology Enabled solutions as a part of their BPM strategy, for cost reduction as well as business transformation. Acknowledging these imperatives, NHRDN organizes its annual HR Shared Services Summit to discuss and deliberate on the importance of having a BPM strategy as it becomes increasingly important in redesigning business processes of an organization, thus enabling it to achieve overall cost effectiveness.
NHRDN NATIONAL WOMEN LEADERSHIP SUMMIT
Women bring diverse skills and talent to the workforce. Their impact goes beyond the bottom line to result in a vibrant, more culturally stable and sustainable organization. The presence of senior women leaders in an organization provides a competitive edge to the organization. There exist multiple barriers and impediments to women’s journey to the top and to them
continuing to be part of the workforce. Unfortunately, the concept of gender diversity and inclusion has often been seen as the “flavor of the season” with organizations adding it perfunctorily in their corporate dashboards, resulting in fewer numbers of women across leadership positions. Recognizing these challenges, NHRDN organizes its annual National Women Leadership Summit to discuss, deliberate and propagate the benefits of having a diverse workforce.
