Firstly, we would like to say that this is an amazing honor for us to
organize EuroXpro 2013 in Izmir, Turkey.
Countdown has already finished! We are so happy to publish you
our second Delegates’ Booklet!
In this booklet, you can find many details about EuroXpro 2013 and
it’s events.
The CC Team is working hard for the conference that would create
a meaningful and memorable experience for all of you. We invite
you not only to learn, enlarge network and work hard during the
conference itself, but also to get-to-know better Turkish culture, to
have a lot of fun and get unique impressions and memories.
We are looking forward to have you here, in Izmir, in one an half month.

luggages because your luggage will be directly delivered to EuroXpro Hotel to
Kuşadası. And your GV materials will be delivered to GV area with Chief
Delegates .
Chief Delegates will leave earlier from the other delegates for GV preparetion.

Arrivals for ER-F Summit : 12nd April (All ER-F
Delegates should be in Izmir one day before the
conference start)
ER-F Delegates can participate the conference at
11th April and attend Gloal Village and Opening
Ceremony but the delegates who attends only ER-F
Summit need to leave at 15th of April .
If you’re arriving earlier please contact [email protected]. If you
come earlier and would like to stay at EuroXpro Venue ; please contact with
CC team . And the delegates who come earlier ; need to pay for the extra
nights.
Visa Process :
Most visitors may enter Turkey without a visa, or by easily buying a "sticker visa" at the airport, maritime port, or border-crossing point.
You hand the clerk your passport and the fee in CASH, the clerk sticks a stamp in your passport and you're on your way. The clerk doesn't look you up in a database or scan your passport or take your name or anything. The whole thing takes 10 seconds.
Basically, the sticker visa fee is just a tourist tax.
Be sure your passport is valid for at least 90 days from the expiration date of your anticipated visa period, or you may not be admitted. That means that if you are entitled to a 90-day visa, be sure your passport is valid for at least 180 days beyond the date you anticipate entering Turkey.
Pursuant to Turkish government regulations instituted on January 12, 2012, "90-day tourist visa" means that you can visit Turkey for up to 90 days within any 180-day period.
You can get your visa in advance, before you arrive in Turkey, from any Turkish consulate, but it entails time and extra expense (you'll pay a "visa processing fee.") It's much simpler to just buy your visa at the border if you are allowed to. If you’re not allowed to get your visa from the border Gates , CC team will provide you the invitation letter.

Attention : The delegates who need invitation letter from the CC team ,
should contact with the CC by their chief delegates .Chief delegates
should mention at the e-mail about your pasaport data , the dates you will be
in Turkey and if you need any spesific need from us as invitation letter in
Turkish and English, passport photocopy of the inviter or ID valid from the
police etc.

Cancellation/Refund Policy for conference fee:
In order to obtain a refund, you need to send us a written request via e-mail. The
amount you are refunded will depend on the date that we receive your request.
If you submit your request before 20th March 2013, you will be refunded all
conference fee. But if you submit your request after 20th March 2013 , you have to
pay the cancellation fee of EuroXpro 2013.(200 EUR)

If you want to apply EuroXpro 2013 as a delegate after 20th March, you will be

Study Tour, Pigeon Island will be our first
stop.There is a historical castle located on the
island and it has the probably best view of the
city where you can have a lot of pictures
taken.Our bus will take us from there and

Christians.After spending some time in this
remarkable place, we will move towards
Ephesus, where one of the Seven Wonders
of the World is located inside, Celsus
