What’s it like being green?
A message from troop leader Tim:
“It ain’t easy being green. Often we are quite
envious of other troops. You wouldn’t BE-LEAF
the things that we have to put up with in green.
To create our tables we had to put many a
PLANK-TON.”
Clearly, being in green troop is a challenge.
However, we’re sure that this is nothing that
the members of green troop can’t handle.
Troop Report — Green
Activities Report—Day 2
Day two of camp was in full swing with all scouts, guides and guests roaming to and from all bases from Antarctica to
South America. International travel was busy as all bases were packed full of fun and excitement run by the venturers all
the way from Mexico. The many activities this year range from abseiling to team challenges and the famous water base.
With so many activities there is always something to keep entertained with. Don’t just take our word for it, Emma, a guest
from Grey troop says “The sensory game from Europe was my favourite”.
Patrols came together to complete all their activities with enthusiasm and had an awesome time. The patrols’ guests were
shown how to make nachos and had a blast with taco shell fights. This is what Agoonoree is all about. We look forward to
seeing how much fun the scouts, guides and guests have over the next few days of activities.

Catch of the Day
RC has been given a camp wide
game to play where they must tag
one person with a certain object, in
a particular place to knock that per-
son out of the game. How will this
game affect friendships, relation-
ships and the lives of all rovers?
Rovers, share your best tag with the
Agoonoram team for a mention in
the next addition. Points for
creativity and style will be men-
tioned and shared with everyone
on camp. Don’t miss out on being
the new golden boy or girl of 2018’s
Goonie.
Sightings of the Uni-Snake in NZ
Written by Camel Patrol
Scientists have recently discovered that the so
called extinct Uni-Snake dwell in certain places
in New Zealand. They have been sighted near
mountains close by Auckland. They have been
described as long and rainbow scaled with dark
green horns. They have been rumoured to have
solid gold teeth for which man hunters have be-
gun searching for them. We plead for legal pro-
tection for these animals. They are harmless
and only attack mice, rabbits and small cows. If
you sight one, contact Grey Troop immediately .

DAILY JOKE
Us humans on the Agoonoram team are most definitely human and not reptilian... Mark from VC and Brayden from RC are two sides of the same coin… A special strawberry delivery was made to camp—and they’ve been scanned by a metal detector.

VIPs, Officials and Sponsors
Yesterday, an afternoon tea was held for all the participating VIPs, sponsors, offi-
cials and long-term service members. If it wasn't for these supporters, Agoonoree
as we know it would not be the same. All these sponsors provide the funding and
donations to run our camp each and every year and thus the camp is so affordable
to campers. We at the Agoonoram would also like to thank all volunteers and help-
ers that have given up their time to make this camp as awesome as it is and for
helping make this year the best yet. This year Agoonoree recognises the following for their service: 10 years 20 years Helena Hateley Shaun Sandilands Eliza White Harley Miles 35 years Alex Mogg Melita Goff 15 years Tim Williams
