Money mattersA space for you to think about the pennies
Are there any points or processes where your
service needs to spend money (e.g. pay an organ-
iser to co-ordinate a volunteer team; hire a hall for
meet-ups; fund petrol expenses for volunteer driv-
ers, etc.)?
Can these processes be done in a way that doesn’t
involve money?
If not, where/whom will you get the money from
and what sort of transactions do you foresee being
involved? (e.g. micro-fee per transaction; regular
DD; grant, etc.)
What other ways could money be raised for this
project (eg Age Unlimited, other social innovation
funds, voluntary sector funding)?
How would you market your service?
