Building your business plan Name What is your service called? Use the sheet provided to ‘stick up’your thinking so your group can build a concrete business plan. It doesn’t have to be perfect, this sheet can be messy. The idea is this sheet will help you to pull all your thoughts together. It will help you work towards creating a fantastic presentation for the grand nale on Friday afternoon. There are tools on the table provided to help you with yours ideas. You will nd somestoryboards,blueprintexercises,newspapertemplates, and ‘eco system’maps, attach these to this sheet as you complete them, it will work towards a nal business plan. (e.g. micro-fee per transaction; regular DD; grant, etc.) What other ways could money be raised for this project (eg Age Unlimited, other social innovation funds, voluntary sector funding)? How would you market your service?
