The Practice has an excellent administrative set-up and is highly organised and efficient.

We operate from two modern purpose-built premises in Inverkeithing and Dalgety Bay and run a Consulting Room facility one day per week in Aberdour. There is easy parking in the area when out and about on house calls.

Our main Surgery, Inverkeithing, is situated just across the Queensferry Crossing and is approximately 25 minutes’ commute from central Edinburgh and within easy reach of Perth/Stirling.

Historically, we have achieved consistently high QOF points, the RCGP Quality Practice Award and have worked through Productive General Practice to ensure the Practice runs as efficiently as possible.

We are currently involved in Document Optimisation to reduce GP workflows.

LOCUMDr Thompson’s Practice, Health Centre, David Street, Lochgelly 01592 782954

We are interested in a long term Locum 2-4 sessions per week and also adhoc Locums to cover holidays one week at a time.

We are a small single handed Practice based in Lochgelly, a semi, ex mining area. The single Practitioner is supported by a multi disciplinary team. The Clerical Staff are very friendly and helpful. Three other Practices are in the same building so it is not isolated.
