The Estill County Tribune, February 24, 2016, Page 15 Two groups competed on Saturday, February 20, 2016, at Boyle County High School in Region 15 FCCLA Star Events. Lee Mills and Kiely Flynn were in Chapter in Review Portfolio where they told what the ECHS chapter had done for the entire year, thus far. They used a Star Wars theme with the title, “Out of this World with FCCLA.” The second group was Shelby Danyeur and Dakota French with Environmental Ambassador where they used awareness of the importance of knowing your zone and what to do in the event of a chemical emergency at the Bluegrass Army Depot. The title of their event was “Alert Today, Alive Tomorrow.” Both groups will be ad- vancing to Louisville at the end of March to represent Estill County at the State FC- CLA Leadership Meeting. Harold and Ruby Harrison Hunt Harold Hunt and Ruby Harrison were married on 2-16-46 in Fayette County, Kentucky. They have one daughter, Ter- ry (Melvin) Williams; grandchildren: Cindy (Jose) Garcia, Jeff (Sharon) Pearson, and William (deceased), and Leah and Chris Williams; great-grandchildren: Juniper and Zaylah Good, Caden and Lily Pearson, and Jason, Kate, Mason, and Jake Williams; and a bunch of special nieces and nephews!! They are faithful members of the Williams Memorial Baptist Church!! God has richly blessed us!! West Irvine wins the Attendance Banner Contest for the 4th month in a row! Caleb Bonny Scores 1,000 th Point Caleb Bonny Estill County Engineers sophomore, Caleb Bonny, in only his 56th career game with the Engineers, scored his 1000th point on Thurs- day, February 18, 2016, as the Engineers trav- eled to Frenchburg, Kentucky to face the Me- nifee County Wildcats. Caleb needed seven points going into the contest and would break the 1000-point barrier in the 2nd quarter. The Engineers also grabbed their 10th win of the year by the score of 51-34. Caleb would finish with a game high 24 points. Caleb BonnyEstill County Engineers sophomore, Caleb Bonny, in only his 56th career game with the Engineers, scored his 1000th point on Thurs-day, February 18, 2016, as the Engineers trav-eled to Frenchburg, Kentucky to face the Me-nifee County Wildcats.
