You need to have a specific GPA and ACT or SAT score in order to be eligible to play D-I or D-II sports

You need to take a certain number of “college prep” courses in order to be eligible.

MOST COLLEGES LOOK AT YOUR GPA AND CLASS RANK FOR ADMISSION PURPOSES

The cumulative GPA is an ongoing average of your semester GPA throughout high school

You will apply to college at the start of your senior year and colleges will only be able to see your semester grades from grades 9-11

Pay attention to your grades now What can you do to raise your GPA? Do your best in your

classes each semester. Are you going to the academic resources for help? Are you asking your teachers for help? Like it or not, some admissions offices will view your

grades as a reflection of who you are. How do your grades reflect who you are?
